A power tool adaptor for holding a tool adapted thereto, such as a reversible tool bit holder, is disclosed, comprising an adaptor body, a tool insertion cavity formed in an end of the adaptor body for receiving the tool, an elongated tool bit insertion cavity formed as a continuation of the tool insertion cavity, means for fixating the tool by protruding into one or more fixation recesses on the outer surface of the tool and means for attaching the power tool adaptor to a power tool, such as a power drill tool. Furthermore, a reversible tool bit holder for holding two changeable tool bits, which reversible tool bit holder is adapted to fit into the power tool adaptor, and a kit comprising a power tool adaptor and a reversible tool bit holder adapted to fit into the power tool adaptor is disclosed.

Es wird ein Spannfutter (1) für ein Werkzeug (7) mit einer Vorrichtung (11) zur Zuführung eines Kühl- und/oder Schmiermediums an einen Mediumkanal (8, 9) eines in den Spannfutter gehaltenen Werkzeugs (7) vorgeschlagen, wobei im Spannfutter (1) eine Stellschraube (14) angeordnet ist, die als Anschlag für das im Spannfutter gehaltene Werkzeug (7) dient, wobei die Stellschraube (14) gegenüber dem Spannfutter (1) in axialer Richtung des Spannfutters verstellbar ist und wobei die Stellschraube (14) mit einem Rohrelement (13) zusammenwirkt. Erfindungsgemäß ist das Rohrelement (13) im Spannfutter (1) drehbar aufgenommen, wobei Sicherungsmittel vorgesehen sind, die eine axiale Verschiebung des Rohrelements (13) zumindest in Richtung der Stellschraube (14) begrenzen. Das Rohrelement (13) und die Stellschraube (14) sind drehfest, aber axial verschiebbar zueinander verbunden.

This invention consists of a system for the rapid change of head in operating machines, such as machineries for the cut and/or decoration of passe-partout, or items made of cardboard, glass, ceramic or similar. In this system, the connection between the head and the device connecting to the machine, like a pulley, is guaranteed by a magnet. Said magnet keeps the head connected to the' device by attraction, but it allows the head to be easily removed even just with one hand.

A chuck has a generally cylindrical body member having a nose section and a tail section. The tail section is configured to mate with the drive shaft so that the body rotates with the drive shaft. The nose section has an axial bore formed therein and a plurality of jaws is slidably positioned to engage a bit within the axial bore. Each of the jaws has a bit engaging jaw face formed thereon. One or more centering members are disposed adjacent to the jaws. The members are deformable from a first position where the members define a through passage configured to accept a bit, which has a drive shaft diameter less than a predefined diameter. The members are further configured to be deformable to a second position upon the insertion of a bit, which has a diameter greater than the predefined diameter, into the axial bore.

Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Werkzeughal tevorrichtung (22, 50, 58) einen Werkzeugaufnahmebereich (32, 52, 66) zur zumindest teilweisen Aufnahme des Werkzeugs (24), einen Verbindungsbereich (26, 54, 62) zur Anordnung am Werk- zeugfutter (20) and eine Positionieröffnung (48) umfasst, durch die ein Positioniermittel (18) an das zumindest teil weise im Werkzeugaufnahmebereich (32, 52, 66) angeordnete Werkzeug (24) anlegbar ist.

The collet chuck stop (1) comprises a clamping disc (15) which can be fitted on the edge (17) of a collet chuck (2) and a clamp (21) movable in relation to said clamping disc and having three radially releasable threaded studs (25, 26, 27) which are at the ends of the grooves (6) of a collet chuck. The clamp (21) can be moved by a clamping screw (31) in relation to the clamping disc (15) and the conical, hexagonally socketed ends (34) of the threaded studs can be taken into contact with the ends of the grooves. Into the clamping screw (31) is screwed a threaded rod (48), the end of which is fitted with a stop disc (52) for the workpiece to be machined. The collet chuck is not put into compression or tensionally deformed by the collet chuck stop and can be pushed as a whole from behind into the collet chuck. The conical ends (34) of the threaded studs (25) cause the collet chuck stop (1) to bear on all three ends (38) of the collet chuck grooves (6).

Es wird eine Stelleinrichtung zur axialen Abstützung eines Schaftwerkzeugs in einer Schrumpffutter-Werkzeugaufnahme beschrieben, welche auf der dem Schaftwerkzeug zugewandten Seite einen Ausgleichsabschnitt aufweist, um schrumpfungsbedingte Positions- und/oder Lageänderungen des Schaftwerkzeugs ausgleichen oder wenigstens verringern zu können.

The invention relates to a tool holder (1) for clamping tools by shrink fit. Said tool holder, due to its specific shaping in the area of the shrink-fit head (6) and the shrink-fit base (5) of the tool holder, is less prone to oscillate than known tool holders, therefore allowing inter alia higher speeds so that the cutting capacity, determined by the speed of the tool, the tool feed and the cutting depth of the tool, can be increased and the machine running times required to produce a workpiece can be reduced. The tool holder (1) of the present invention allows to produce and machine workpieces in a substantially more efficient and economical manner.

A router bit with a position stop is disclosed. The router bit includes a body with a collar extending outwardly from it and a shaft extending outwardly from the collar. At least one cutter blade is mounted to the body and the cutter blade may be used to cut a profile into a workpiece. The collar has a first diameter, the shaft has a second diameter and the first diameter is larger than the second diameter. The collar has a face formed a spaced distance or height from the transition point between the collar and the body. The face rests against the upper surface of a chuck when the shaft is secured in the chuck. This allows the body and hence the cutter blades to be held a predetermined distance above the upper surface of the chuck. A second router bit may be provided to cut a complementary second profile in a second workpiece. The second router bit includes a collar that positions the cutter blade of the second router bit in the chuck at a complementary height with respect to the cutter blade of the first router bit. When the first and second workpieces are brought together, the profiles of the two workpieces are able to interlock in such a way that the workpieces are both functionally and aesthetically aligned with each other.
