Further, each of the first delta-sigma loop filter and the second delta-sigma loop filter may include a first feedback path from an output of the quantizer to a second input of the first summing node.
Abstract:
Volatile organic compounds (VOCs), such as BTEX methanol and other non- phase separable hydrocarbons may be removed from wastewater obtained from oil or gas exploration or production operations by way of a bioreactor. The bioreactor may employ anaerobic microorganisms that metabolize various VOCs. In some embodiments, such a bioreactor may be configured to treat process flow rates of thousands of barrels of wastewater per hour. Such a bioreactor may comprise a large vessel at a larger water treatment site.
Abstract:
Methods, devices; and systems for an image sensor device are disclosed. An image sensor device comprises an array of image pixels (Pl, P2) wherein each pixel (Pl, P2) is configured for sensing light incident on the pixel- (Pl, P2).. An image sensor device may further comprise a ground contact (310) shared between at least two image pixels (Pl, P2) of the plurality. The ground contacts (310) may be provided in an even pattern, a random pattern, or a repeating random pattern across the array. The image sensor device may further include an array of shared pixel structures comprising a plurality of pixels, wherein a ground contact (310) may be evenly or randomly placed within each pixel structure across the array of pixel structures.
Abstract:
Methods, apparatuses, and systems for in-or near-memory processing are described. Spiking events in a spiking neural network may be processed via a memory system. A memory system may store a group of destination neurons, and at each time interval in a series of time intervals of a spiking neural network (SNN), pass through a group of pre-synaptic spike events from respective source neurons, wherein the group of pre-synaptic spike events are subsequently stored in memory.
Abstract:
Memory devices, memory systems, and systems, include memory devices with a bonding pad region for coupling command-and-address (CA) input signals and a memory cell region for storing information in memory cells. A centralized CA interface region includes input circuits coupled to the CA input signals. At least two of the input circuits are configured in pairs. Each pair includes a first input circuit coupled to a first input and configured to generate a first output and a second input circuit coupled to a second input and configured to generate a second output. Each pair also includes a swap circuit disposed between the first input circuit and the second input circuit. The swap circuit selects one of the first output or the second output for a first internal signal and selects the other of the first output and the second output for a second internal signal responsive to a control signal.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to a camera system. A system may include at least one camera, at least one storage device communicatively coupled and local to the at least one camera, and a modem communicatively coupled to the at least one storage device. The system may further include a server coupled to the modem and including an application program. The application program may be configured to periodically download an image from the at least one camera, enable one or more downloaded images being associated with a known time period to be displayed at an electronic device, and enable video based on a selected downloaded image to be displayed at the electronic device.
Abstract:
Volatile organic compounds (VOCs), such as benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene and methanol may be removed from wastewater obtained from oil or gas exploration or production operations by way of a bioreactor. The bioreactor may employ anaerobic microorganisms that metabolize various VOCs. In some embodiments, such a bioreactor may be configured to selectively change the temperature of the conditions of wastewater placed in the bioreactor, or of wastewater re-circulated through the bioreactor. A centralized valving or control station may optionally control heating or other conditioning elements for both feed and re-circulation systems.
Abstract:
Methods, apparatuses, and systems for in-or near-memory processing are described. Bits of a first number may be stored on a number of memory elements, wherein each memory element of the number of memory elements intersects a bit line and a word line of a number of word lines. A number of signals corresponding to bits of a second number may be driven on the number of word lines to generate a number of output signals. A value equal to a product of the first number and the second number may be generated based on the number of output signals.
