Abstract:
A supporting counter-frame for sliding doors with an automatic closing system comprising, for each sliding door (2), a first pulley (11), a second pulley (12), a counterweight (15) equipped with a third pulley (16) and a motion transmission cable (28); said counterweight (15) is housed within a vertical section bar (4) of the counter-frame (1); one end of the cable (28) is fixed to a trolley (24) of a sliding door (2) and slides till the first pulley (11) along the sliding direction of the sliding door (2), from the first pulley (11) to the second pulley (12) horizontally and orthogonally to the sliding movement of the sliding door (2) and finally from the second pulley (12) to the third pulley (16) of the counterweight (15) and again to the second pulley (12) vertically and orthogonally to the sliding movement of the sliding door (2).
Abstract:
A loadport has a port door and a frame with an opening through which the port door interfaces with a container door of a container for holding semiconductor workpieces. In one embodiment, a movable closure mechanism is connected to the port door and is defined to be movable in a controlled manner relative to both the port door and the frame. In this embodiment, a stationary closure mechanism is disposed on the frame proximate to the opening. In another embodiment, a stationary closure mechanism is connected to the port door, and a movable closure mechanism is disposed on the frame proximate to the opening. In both embodiments, the movable closure mechanism is defined to engage with the stationary closure mechanism such that movement of the movable closure mechanism to engage with the stationary closure mechanism applies a closing force between the port door and the container door.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a device comprising at least one door leaf (4) with an outer side (5) and a secured inner side (6). In an approximately central position the door leaf (4) secures a walk-through cabin (7) against entry and exit. To this end, there is mounted on the door leaf (4) a panel or rod (8) which can be moved in dependence on the pivot position of the door leaf (4) by a control device (9) comprising a steering device (10). According to the invention, the steering device (10) is disposed on the door leaf (4). With the device according to the invention, the panel- or rod-steering linkage is no longer connected to the door lintel via the door, as previously, but is mounted directly on the door leaf (4). It is therefore possible to dispense with the voluminous casing conventionally used hitherto.
