    摘要： A loadport has a port door and a frame with an opening through which the port door interfaces with a container door of a container for holding semiconductor workpieces. In one embodiment, a movable closure mechanism is connected to the port door and is defined to be movable in a controlled manner relative to both the port door and the frame. In this embodiment, a stationary closure mechanism is disposed on the frame proximate to the opening. In another embodiment, a stationary closure mechanism is connected to the port door, and a movable closure mechanism is disposed on the frame proximate to the opening. In both embodiments, the movable closure mechanism is defined to engage with the stationary closure mechanism such that movement of the movable closure mechanism to engage with the stationary closure mechanism applies a closing force between the port door and the container door.

    摘要： A sliding window arrangement has an upper and a lower horizontal guide rail (1, 2) and a vertical rectangular window (3) which is mounted between the guide rails and displaceable along the same. The window (3) has at each upper corner a guide means (10, 11) which engages the upper guide rail (1), and at each lower corner a guide means (12, 13) which engages the lower guide rail (2). The lower guide rail (2) has a stop means (26) which is positioned so that the window (3), when on displacement towards a displacement end position it reaches this position, abuts against the stop means (26) in its lower front corner and, owing to its kinetic energy, is tilted to a tilted position about an imaginary tilt axis extending perpendicular to the window (3). In the tilted position, the guide means (13) located in the lower rear corner of the window (3) is disengaged from the lower guide rail (2). The window (3) has an operating means (16), by means of which the guide means (11) located at the upper rear corner of the window (3) is disengageable from the upper guide rail (1) to allow the window (3) in the tilted position to be pivoted about a vertical pivot shaft placed at the front lateral edge of the window, from a closed position to an open position.

On the sliding roller mechanism sliding along the cavum distribute multi wheels (280), which cooperated with the guild rail and the assistant guild rail. A pin (262) is fixed on the sliding roller mechanism, in one of said frame, for rotating the window frame assembly. The window unite can be rotated outwards at discretion angle on arbitrarily position in its sliding path by a link (342).

A secondary effect of the invention is that the window pane, which may be of a double or multilayer type with selective reflection and transmission properties, will be able to be turned with the seasons.

For this purpose the central section (24) - like the stationary part of the profile section (1) - has on each rail (2, 3, 4) a number of holes (14) in which a catch pin (13) attached to each profiled mount (6) can engage. To release the catch a lever (33) is raised. In the pivoted position a snap-action bolt (31) catches in a rectangular tube pressed into central section (24) thus locking the central section and the glass (5) in it. The outside of the glass (5) can now safely be cleaned from the inside. The snap-action bolt (31) has a ring (32) to release this catch. At their one vertical edge some of the panes of glass (5) are set within one or even two U-shaped edge strips (11) which as wind seal between the panes of glass (5) have a brush-like attachment (12) on one side.
