Abstract:
본 발명은 콜린 알포세레이트를 함유하는 수성 액상 제제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 콜린 알포세레이트 함유 수성 액상 제제는 장기간 저장 조건 및 가혹한 보관 조건에서 콜린 알포세레이트의 분해 산물의 생성이 거의 없으며 제제의 성상이 안정하다. 또한 복용 편의성이 뛰어나기 때문에 콜린 알포세레이트의 투여를 필요로 하는 고연령층의 연하 곤란 환자들의 복약순응도를 증대시킬 수 있다.

The present disclosure provides methods for the treatment of a lesion, such as a cancerous lesion, a precancerous lesion, or a benign lesion (e.g. a benign lesion on the skin) in a subject comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a therapy solution comprising a viscous carrier and an alcohol or hydrophobic anti-cancer agent, such that the lesion is treated. In some embodiments, the therapy solution includes an ethyl cellulose-ethanol mixture. In some embodiments, the therapy solution is administered to the lesion at a rate of from about 1 mL/hr to about 15mL/hr.

A preparation of silver nanoparticles has been found to be effective in improving functional and behavioral recovery from traumatic spinal cord injury. The silver nanoparticles are provided in a non-flowable gel vehicle, from which they are release at high efficiency, that is applied locally at the site of the spinal cord injury. Silver nanoparticle formulations described herein were found to modify the M1/M2 macrophage phenotype ratio and provides a synergistic effect in the combination with arginase to promote healing processes at the treated injury site, reducing postinjury inflammation.

본 발명은 약물전달, 조직공학, 재생의학을 위한 자극 반응성 및 탄성을 지닌 엘라스틴 및 레질린에 기초한 블럭 폴리펩타이드의 자가조립된 나노구조체 및 이의 제조 방법 및 응용에 관한 것이다. 상기 이중 블럭 폴리펩타이드는 온도 자극에 따라 가역적인 변화가 가능한 자가-조립된 미셀 구조를 형성하였고, 상기 삼중 블럭 폴리펩타이드을 이용하여 제조된 하이드로겔은 온도 자극에 따라 가역적인 졸-겔 또는 겔-졸 전이가 이루어지며, 타이로신 잔기간 화학적 가교 결합에 의해 기계적인 강도가 증진됨을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 우수한 특성을 지닌 본 발명은 약물 전달체, 조직공학용 지지체 그리고 조직 또는 기관 재생용 키트로 이용될 수 있을 것이다.
