In some embodiments, apparatuses and methods are provided herein useful to the sortation of products using a conveyor assembly. In some embodiments, there is provided a system for receiving and sorting products shipped to a shopping facility including: a delivery location at a shopping facility configured to receive a shipment of products; a conveyor assembly comprising: a product identification module configured to read identification data from an identification label disposed on a product; a plurality of sortation modules configured to move the product to one of a predetermined plurality of sortation destination areas; a control circuit operatively coupled to the product identification module and to each of the sortation modules, the control circuit configured to: receive the identification data from the product identification module; determine the sortation destination area for the product based at least on one of shopping facility data and shipping data regarding the product as sortation criteria; and cooperate with the plurality of sortation modules to move the product to the determined sortation destination area.

Die Rollenbahn (100) weist wenigstens einen Abschnitt (A) auf, in dem die Tragrollen (110) in den Seitenträgern (120) federnd gelagert sind und dadurch in vertikaler Richtung (V) nach unten wegfedern können. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine Gussstück-Waschanlage, die wenigstens eine solche Rollenbahn (100) umfasst.

A roller conveyor I has a number of pairs of rollers present in a path, of each pair both rollers 3 are present on a common shaft 5. This shaft is fixed in the direction of transport in a U-shaped profile 7. For this purpose, the side portions 7b of the U-profile are provided with vertical slots and in the main portion 7a of the U-profile a further slot is present which connects the two side slots with one another. The shaft protrudes with both ends through the slots present in the side parts. The rollers are located on the ends of the shaft and are present adjacent to the U-profile. Under the shafts 5 a support plate 17 is present, including a lifting mechanism provided for lifting of the shafts. This lifting mechanism has an inflatable flexible hose 19 which can lift the supporting plate. Moreover, on the U-profile 7 a top plate 21 is present which is attached to the further profile 13.

The system comprises at least a loading station (3) at least a sorting trolley (5) to move the components and at least an assembly station (7). Both empty (91) and full (90) containers are retained up to the passage of the sorting trolley (5), thanks to check means cooperating with release means enabled by the weight of the empty (91) or full (90) containers themselves.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Übergabeförderer zum Transportieren genormter Ladungseinheiten (23), wie Frachtcontainer, Paletten oder dergleichen, von einem ersten Höhenniveau auf ein zweites Höhenniveau, insbesondere von einem höher gelegenen Lagerplatz (2) zu einer tiefer gelegenen Transportmittel (3), wobei der Übergabeförderer Teil einer Wippe (4) ist, die um eine Schwenkachse (6) aus einer Position, in der das eine Ende der Wippe (4) mit dem einen Höhenniveau fluchtet in eine zweite Position, in der das andere Ende der Wippe (4) mit dem anderen Höhenniveau fluchtet, neigungsverstellbar ist. Um einen effektiven und kostengünstigen Übergabeförderer zu schaffen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Wippe (4) durch das Eigengewicht der auf dem Übergabeförderer transportierten Ladungseinheit (23) verschwenkbar ist.

The invention comprises a method and apparatus for receiving computer-analysed/-graded oblong objects, such as whitefish of any size, and deliver them in an automatic manner to a predetermined compartment, container or onto output conveyor belts for further processing according to the grading. The method uses machinery, mainly made up of input equipment, opening/closing equipment and output equipment, to perform the job. The input equipment is mainly made up of two endless conveyor belt chains (1), with one or more oblong flat crossbars (2) fastened between them so that they are on their edge when they move an oblong object/whitefish towards and across turnable, oblong and largely trilateral opening-closing rollers (4), which are positioned one after another in a straight line and form the main part of the opening/closing mechanism. Each of the rollers (4) is turned approximately 1/3 of a circle following a signal from a computer-controlled grading equipment and delivers the fish then down to an output equipment, which is placed under the opening-closing rollers and takes care of transporting the fist to the correct destination.
