본 발명은 하폐수 처리장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 하수 또는 폐수에 기포를 이용하여 하수 또는 폐수를 정화하기 위한 하폐수 처리장치의 산기관 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 미세기포를 이용하여 파티클을 부상시키는 하폐수 처리장치에 있어서, 직경분포가 100㎛~200㎛에서 90% 이상인 미세기포를 형성하는 산기관으로서, SiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 , 전분, 및 잔부로서 불가피 불순물을 포함하는 혼합물을 물과 혼합하여 반죽한 후 성형 및 소성에 의하여 제조된 하폐수 처리장치의 산기관을 개시한다.

The invention concerns a wastewater treatment plant and a method for it. The plant comprising at least one main reactor module (30) having a plurality of stackable filter-modules (50), each filter-module purifying wastewater independently by being individually charged batchwise with wastewater. The wastewater is discharged on each filter-module by means of a deflector (44) referenced to a filter-module (50), the deflector creating a back pressure in dependency of the gravity-flow-force of the wastewater leading to that the wastewater is spilled from the deflector (44) in an angle of discharge relative to a horizontal plane evenly onto every independent filter-module, respectively.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Abtrennen von fluorhaltigen Tensiden aus einem Gewerbewasser, aufweisend die Verfahrensschritte: a) Bereitstellen des Gewerbewassers mit wenigstens einem fluorhaltigen Tensid, wobei das fluorhaltige Tensid eine Konzentration aufweist, die unterhalb einer Schaumbildungskonzentration in dem Gewerbewasser liegt; b) Erzeugen von Gasblasen in dem Gewerbewasser unter Ausbildung eines Aerosols an der Oberfläche des Gewerbewassers; und c) Abtrennen des Aerosols von dem Gewerbewasser. Zusammenfassend schafft das vorbeschriebene Verfahren somit eine leicht durchzuführende und kostengünstige Möglichkeit, auf besonders effektive Weise eine Abtrennung fluorhaltiger Tenside aus einem Gewerbewasser zu realisieren. Beispielhaft kann ein derartiges Gewerbewasser ein Prozesswasser oder ein Abwasser eines galvanischen Prozesses oder ein Löschwasser oder ein Grundwasser sein.

The system and process of the present invention will consist of specific monitors in tandem with interface probes reading in multiple locations, divert valves which are operated by the readings of the interface probes and online ppm monitors. Such monitors would function in conjunction with these leading indicators through a software program and computerized logic controller used to manipulate the controls of this system.
