Die Erfindung betrifft einen dreilagigen Verschleißstahl oder Sicherheitsstahl. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Komponente aus dem Verschleißstahl oder Sicherheitsstahl sowie eine entsprechende Verwendung.
Abstract:
A high tensile strength thick steel plate of excellent strength, elongation and toughness of the mid-thickness part and excellent material homogeneity is provided by: heating a continuously cast slab, the components of which have been adjusted to a prescribed composition, to 1200-1350°C and then hot casting under conditions of temperature: at least 1000°C, strain rate: not more than 3/s, and cumulative rolling reduction: at least 15% using a mold in which the opposing short sides of the mold differ and, when the length of the shorter short side is 1, the length of the longer short side is 1.1-3.0; then allowing the slab to cool to obtain a steel raw material; after heating said steel raw material again to the Ac3 point-1250°C and then performing at least two passes of hot-rolling in which rolling reduction per single pass is at least 4%, allowing the steel to cool to obtain a thick steel plate; and after heating again to the Ac3 point-1050°C and then cooling rapidly to 350°C or less, tempering said thick steel plate at 550-700°C.

El proceso consiste en un gofrado muy superficial combinado con un laminado superficial, que implica una pequeña reducción de espesor, aplicado tanto a láminas con espesores de varios milímetros,como a hojas de aluminio de espesor inferior a 0,3mm, suministradas, en cualquiera de los dos casos, tanto en láminas independientes como en bobina continua.

내박리성이 우수한 HPF 성형부재 및 그 제조방법이 제공된다. 본 발명은, 소지강판의 표면에 용융알루미늄 도금층이 형성되고 있는 HPF 성형부재에 있어서, 상기 소지강판은, 중량%로 C:0.18~0.25%, Si:0.1~0.5%, Mn:0.9~1.5%, P:0.03% 이하, S:0.01%이하, Al:0.01~0.05%, Cr:0.05~0.5%, Ti:0.01~0.05%, B:0.001~0.005, N:0.009%이하, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불순물을 포함하고; 상기 도금층은 Al 고용된 α-Fe로 이루어진 단일의 연질 확산층만으로 이루어지고; 그리고 상기 확산층은 그 경도가 300~600(Hv)인 것을 특징으로 하는 내박리성이 우수한 HPF 성형부재에 관한 것이다.
