내박리성이 우수한 HPF 성형부재 및 그 제조방법이 제공된다. 본 발명은, 소지강판의 표면에 용융알루미늄 도금층이 형성되고 있는 HPF 성형부재에 있어서, 상기 소지강판은, 중량%로 C:0.18~0.25%, Si:0.1~0.5%, Mn:0.9~1.5%, P:0.03% 이하, S:0.01%이하, Al:0.01~0.05%, Cr:0.05~0.5%, Ti:0.01~0.05%, B:0.001~0.005, N:0.009%이하, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불순물을 포함하고; 상기 도금층은 Al 고용된 α-Fe로 이루어진 단일의 연질 확산층만으로 이루어지고; 그리고 상기 확산층은 그 경도가 300~600(Hv)인 것을 특징으로 하는 내박리성이 우수한 HPF 성형부재에 관한 것이다.

A hot press formed article having good anti-delamination and a preparation method for same are provided. The present invention relates to a hot press formed article having good anti-delamination and having a hot dipped aluminized layer formed on the surface of a base steel sheet, wherein the base steel sheet comprises 0.18-0.25 wt% of C, 0.1-0.5 wt% of Si, 0.9-1.5 wt% of Mn, 0.03 wt% or less of P, 0.01 wt% or less of S, 0.01-0.05 wt% of Al, 0.05-0.5 wt% of Cr, 0.01-0.05 wt% of Ti, 0.001-0.005 wt% of B, 0.009 wt% or less of N and the balance of Fe and other impurities, the aluminized layer comprises a single soft diffusion layer comprising α-Fe with solid-solubilized Al, and the hardness of the diffusion layer is 300-600 (Hv).

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Härten bzw. Behandeln von metallischen Bauteilen bzw. Werkstücken bzw. Werkstoffen, worin Fremdatome von einer das Werkstück umgebenden Metallschmelze auf Basis eines niedrigschmelzenden Metalls oder einer niedrigschmelzenden Legierung in das zu härtende Werkstück eingebracht werden, wobei das niedrigschmelzende Metall ein Metall oder eine Legierung ist, dessen bzw. deren Schmelzpunkt unterhalb von 600 °C liegt. In einer Ausführungsform betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Härten von Werkstücken auf Edelstahl-Basis, worin die zu härtenden Werkstücke auf Edelstahl-Basis in einer 200 °C bis 600 °C heißen Metallschmelze erhitzt und einer über der Metallschmelze vorliegenden, kohlenstoffliefernden Gasphase von ungesättigten und/oder gesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffen ausgesetzt werden, so daß der in der Metallschmelze gelöste Kohlenstoff eine Oberflächenhärtung des Werkstücks auf Edelstahl-Basis bewirkt.

A substrate material to be coated with either a nitride, carbide, or oxide contains a small percent of a specific reactive element, like titanium, which forms very stable nitrides, carbides, or oxides. The material also contains larger percentages of elements, such as chromium, which form less-stable nitrides, carbides, or oxides. When the substrate material is immersed in a process medium which contains reactants, such as nitrogen, carbon, or oxygen, at a chosen elevated temperature and concentration, the less-stable nitrides, carbides, or oxides are reduced and cannot form a coating on the material surface. Thus, only a very stable nitride, carbide, or oxide can form a strong, adherent coating. As such, a stable compound forms on the surface, the surface concentration of the specific reactive element atoms (example: titanium) is depleted in relation to the atom concentration in the bulk material, and a concentration gradient results which causes more of the specific reactive element atoms to diffuse to the surface and react with the reactant in the process medium until a coating of the desired thickness is formed.

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing wires used for solid-state devices. This manufacturing process positions a silver rod vertically at the center of a mold, inserts the mold containing the silver rod into an electrical furnace, heats the mold until the surface of the rod becomes in half-melted or pre-heated state, injects melted gold into the mold to wrap the silver rod, cooling slowly the silver rod in the electrical furnace until the melted gold infiltrates into the silver rod, anneals the silver rod in an annealing furnace, and stretches the annealed silver rod to necessary diameter after extracting from the mold.

The invention relates to a method and arrangement for producing thin metal chalcogenide layers, for example, for use as absorption or buffer layers in solar cells. The aim of the invention is to provide a method and an arrangement for easily producing homogeneous metal chalcogenide layers with consistent quality while adhering to economical and ecological points of view. To this end, the following method steps are carried out: 1. Depositing a solution of a metal compound on a substrate for the adsorption of metal ions; 2. Extracting moisture out of the substrate with the metal ions which are adsorbed on the surface thereof; 3. Introducing a gas containing chalcogen hydrogen for reacting with the adsorbed metal ions.
