    摘要: Gegenstand der Erfindung sind vernetzbare Polymerabmischungen, die alkoxysilanterminierte Polymere (A) mit Endgruppen der allgemeinen Formel (1) A-CH 2 -SiR 1 a (OR 2 ) 3-a , enthalten, wobei die Polymere (A) erhältlich sind durch Umsetzung von Präpolymeren (A1) die über reaktionsfähige HO-, HN(R 3 )- oder HS-Endgruppen verfügen, mit Isocyanatosilanen der allgemeinen Formel (2) OCN-CH 2 -SiR 1 a (OR 2 ) 3-a wobei A eine zweibindige Bindegruppe ausgewählt aus O-CO-NH-, -N(R 3 )-CO-NH-, -S-CO-NH-, R 1 einen gegebenenfalls halogensubstuierten Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Alkenyl- oder Arylrest mit 1-10 Kohlenstoffatomen, R 2 einen Alkylrest mit 1-6 Kohlenstoffatomen oder einen Ω-Oxyalkyl-alkylrest mit insgesamt 2-10 Kohlenstoffatomen, R 3 Wasserstoff, einen gegebenenfalls halogensubstuierten cyclischen, linearen oder verzweigten C 1 bis C 18 -Alkyl-oder Alkenylrest oder einen C 6 bis C 18 Arylrest und eine ganze Zahl von 0 bis 2 bedeuten, mit der Massgabe, dass der Anteil der Endgruppen der allgemeinen Formel (1), mit a = 2, bezogen auf alle Endgruppen der in der Mischung vorliegenden Polymeren, 5 % bis 100 % beträgt.

    摘要: A curable resin composition for optical fiber coating exhibiting excellent stability in the liquid state and producing cured products having low tendency to stick in spite of its low Young's modulus. The composition is suitable for use as a coating material requiring a low Young's modulus. The composition, preferably comprises (1) 30-80 parts by weight of urethane (meth)acrylate obtained by reacting (A) a polyol compound, (B) a polyisocyanate compound, and (C) a hydroyxl group-containing (meth)acrylate compound, (2) 0.01-10 parts by weight of a polydimethylsiloxane compound which contains a urethane bond and a (meth)acryloyl group in the molecule, and (3) 10-70 parts by weight of a polymerizable diluent containing a polymerizable monofunctional vinyl monomer which can copolymerize with the component (1) and component (2), provided that the total of the component (1), component (2), and component (3) is 100 parts by weight.

    摘要: An aqueous resin prepared by mixing a composite resin (C) comprising a polysiloxane segment (A) having at least one silicone atom selected from the group consisting of a silicone atom having at least one organic group having a total number of carbon atoms of not less than 3 and a hydrolyzable group and/or at least one hydroxyl group bonded together thereto, a silicone atom having two methyl and/or ethyl groups and one hydrolyzable or hydroxyl group bonded together thereto, and a silicone atom having at least one triorganosiloxy group and at least one hydrolyzable and/or hydroxyl group bonded together thereto and a polymer segment (B) having at least one hydrophilic group selected from the group consisting of anionic, cationic and nonionic groups with a polysiloxane (D) having a hydrolyzable group bonded to a silicone atom and/or a hydroxyl group bonded to a silicone atom and containing a structure represented by structural formula (S-1) (wherein R represents a methyl group or an ethyl group) as an indispensable unit structure, optionally condensing a part of the mixture, and dispersing or dissolving the mixture in an aqueous medium. This resin combines excellent storage stability with excellent cold curability. An aqueous curable resin composition comprising the aqueous resin as an indispensable component can provide a cured product which is excellent in not only durability, such as acid rain resistance and gloss retention at the time of exposure, but also contamination resistance upon being exposed to outdoors.

    摘要: Silicone modified polyurethane compositions having low surface energy characteristics comprise a polyurethane matrix in which 1-30 % of a silicone compound is dispersed. The low surface energy of surface coatings comprised of these silicone modified polyurethanes provides environmentally safe and effective means of managing the effects of marine growth on vessels and static marine structures by the formation of a fouling release surface which enables simple and effective removal of marine organisms without damage to the surface coating. Silicone modified polyurethanes according to the invention also provide a useful alternative to polyester gel coats in fibreglass reinforced plastic boats and the like.
