    Abstract: 본 발명에 따른 실시간 기상변화 예측 시스템 및 그 방법에 따르면, 실시간 기상변화 예측 시스템에 있어서, 기상 위성으로부터 위성채널을 통하여 이미지를 수신하는 이미지 수신부, 상기 수신된 이미지의 색상값을 통하여 구름 중에서 초기 비구름 영역을 선별하는 선별부, 상기 초기 비구름 영역이 선별되기 10분 전에 해당 기상관측소로부터 측정된 강우량값이 0이고, 초기 비구름 영역이 선별되고 적어도 10분이 경과한 후에 측정된 강우량 값이 양수이면 초기 비구름 영역의 강우 원인을 스콜에 의한 것으로 판단하고, 그렇지 않은 경우에는 전선에 의한 것으로 판단하는 판단부, 그리고 상기 초기 비구름 영역의 강우 원인이 스콜에 의한 것으로 판단되면, 스콜 예보를 수행하는 알람부를 포함한다.

    Abstract: 一种基于地面气压分布形势动态改变WRF模式参数化方案组合的方法,包括,S1、构建具有历史地面气压分布形势与最优参数化方案组合对应关系的数据库;S2、在所述数据库中查询与实际降水预报地面气压分布形势最相近的历史地面气压分布形势,以获取与历史地面气压分布形势对应的最优参数化方案组合;利用该最优参数化方案组合运行WRF模式,开展该实际降水预报。优点是:利用地面气压分布与天气形势相关度较高的原理,构建了地面天气形势与最优参数化方案数据库,将预报开始时间地面气压分布形势作为选取最优参数化方案组合的依据,可以间接达到反映不同参数化方案组合对不同天气形势的适用性,从而预报精度更高更科学。

    Abstract: The technology relates to generating current and future estimated weather models for predicting current and future estimated weather data. This may include indexing observations including weather data on a first grid based on locations of the observations. The first grid may have a plurality of cells each representing a volume of space for an area of the earth. A second cell of a second grid having a plurality of second cells each representing a volume of space for an area of the earth may be identified. The dimensions of the first cell may be increased. A set of indexed observations may be identified by selecting ones of the set of indexed observations that are indexed to any of the plurality of first cells having geographic areas that at least partially overlap with the increased dimensions. The set of indexed observations may be used to train a model.

    Abstract: A system is provided for warning of a risk of respiratory attack conditions in geographical region. Input data is obtained in the form of historical weather data, current weather data and forecast weather data, and allergen information such as pollen count data in respect of the geographical region. An advance risk warning is based on a probability of a thunderstorm and on the historical weather data. In combination, the historical weather, 5 allergen information and probability of a thunderstorm may be used to provide a risk assessment of the occurrence of an event in which high concentrations of allergen are present. Preventative and/or preparatory measures may then be adopted.
