An apparatus is provided for applying a restrictive fiber matrix to a conduit to create a graft device. A rotating assembly rotates the conduit, and a polymer delivery assembly delivers the restrictive fiber matrix. A controller controls the polymer deliver assembly and the rotating assembly.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Implantate zur Verwendung in chirurgischen und operativen Verfahren, wobei das Implantat aus alloplastischem Material besteht und mit Blutplasma oder mit einem oder mehreren Bestandteil(en) von Blutplasma beschichtet ist. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung Verfahren zur Bestimmung eines geeigneten alloplastischen Materials für die Implantation in einen Organismus, Verfahren zur Herstellung der mit Blutplasma oder mit einem oder mehreren Bestandteilen von Blutplasma beschichteten, aus alloplastischem Material bestehenden Implantate. In einem weiten Aspekt betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung Implantate, die durch eines der erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren hergestellt worden sind.

Disclosed is a method for coating the inner surface of a medical tube made from poly(vinyl chloride) and containing a plasticizer with an anti-thrombotic material comprising a specific (meth)acrylate copolymer, whereby the anti-thrombotic material can be coated uniformly, in a satisfactory amount, and with high efficiency in a simple manner without undergoing the deterioration in appearance caused by the elution of the plasticizer or the unevenness in coating. The anti-thrombotic material is dissolved in a solvent to produce a solution, wherein the solvent comprises water and at least one alcohol and is so prepared that a copolymer constituting the anti-thrombotic material can be dissolved therein but the plasticizer cannot be dissolved therein. The solution is allowed to pass through the inside of the tube, and water is then allowed to pass through the inside of the tube. Subsequently, the tube is dried.

Provided is a matrix type antimicrobial vehicle, including: a matrix layer comprising an antimicrobial agent and an adhesive; an antimicrobial agent-releasing layer formed on one surface of the matrix layer; and a release liner formed on the other surface of the matrix layer, and a method for preparing the same. The matrix type antimicrobial vehicle is incorporated into a package having a medical kit so that the antimicrobial agent is released to the surface of medical kit or package continuously. Therefore, it is possible for the surface of the medical kit or package to maintain a constant concentration of antimicrobial agent continuously even when the medical kit or package is stored for a long time.
