Said device comprises a grip unit for grasping the spray pump (5) or similar item and a locking element (23) that permits a seal (57) to be screwed in a secure manner onto the container (43). The invention is characterised in that the locking element (23) is applied as a separate component.

The invention relates to a seal for sealing a bottle having a bottle neck (1) provided with an opening, and an outer threaded section (5, 6) configured next to the opening. The aim of the invention is to provide a seal that is easy to handle and inexpensive to produce. For this purpose, the seal (2) comprises at least one, especially several deformed sections that are plastically deformed in such a manner that they form recesses (21, 22) in the outer peripheral surface of the seal and that are adapted to the threaded section (5, 6) on the interior (25, 26).

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verschliesssystem, für eine Mündung aufweisende Behälter mit einer Verschlusskappe, die einen der Überdeckung der Mündung dienenden Boden, einen von diesem ausgehenden Mantel und einen an dem dem Boden abgewandten Rand des Mantels vorgesehenen Garantiering umfasst, der mit dem Mantel vorzugsweise über eine Sollbruchlinie verbunden ist und vorzugsweise mindestens einen Senkrechteinschnitt aufweist, und mit einem die Mündung umgebenden Wandabschnitt, der zumindest bereichsweise von dem Mantel der Verschlusskappe übergriffen wird. A container, particularly a bottle containing beverages, is closed at the opening (2) of the bottle body (1) with a sealing element (3) made of glass or synthetic material. A fixing element (6) is releasably fixed to the bottle body (1) and retains the sealing element (3) in the bottle opening (2). The inventive bottle closure resolves the problems related to using corks, particularly with wine bottles.

The proposal is for a plastic closure for containers having a top (3), a casing (5) proceeding therefrom and a guarantee region formed in the bottom edge region (7) of the casing which has at least one vertical cut (29) extending over the height of the guarantee region. The closure is distinguished in that the vertical cut (29) is arranged in accordance with certain shape features, preferably the arrangement of the securing ribs (15) of the closure (1), and is made in the wall (27) of the guarantee ring (9).

A closure cap made of deep-drawable material, in particular aluminium, is characterized in having reinforcing beads (6) incorporated in the wall (3) of the closure cap (1). Said beads are arranged at a distance apart along a spiral and form the screw of the closure cap (1). As a result of the continuous strip-shaped regions (7) between the reinforcing beads, the closure cap possesses very high stability, which precludes the possibility of a blow off, i.e., the closure cap will not pop out in the event of overpressure in the container.

Screw top for containers with a thread, in particular bottles, glasses and the like, which is characterized by a ring follower (11) which has at least one projecting part (15) forming the thread of the screw top (1) and engaging the thread (33) of the container (31). Preferably, the ring follower (11) is designed as a guarantee ring, i.e. it includes a lower ring part (23) provided with barbs (27) extending from a vertical wall area (25). When the container (31) is opened for the first time, the barbs (27) project under suitable projecting parts on the container and burst open the lower ring part (23). The cap (3) of the screw top (1) does not require any thread because of the projecting parts (15) of the ring follower (11).

A closing device (1) for applying screw tops to containers, in particular to drinks bottles, is proposed, having a coupling (5) which transmits a torque from a drive device (3) to a screw top, said drive device (3) comprising a drive rotor and an output rotor (21) and also a torque-transmitting device (49) which has at least one magnet (31, 33, 35, 37) and hysteresis material (51), interacting with the latter, or at least one further magnet. The closing device (1) is characterized by at least one sensor (9) which detects the relative position between drive rotor (21) and output rotor (23).
