Abstract:
The object of the invention is a system for transferring or removing heat from the air present in a room placed inside a building. The system is placed outside the building and is applied at a perimeter wall thereof. The system comprises a coil distributed over the entire surface of said wall and integrally connected to the latter by means of support bars. The coil is connected to a pump which makes heated or cooled water circulate therein, from a suitable respectively heating or cooling device, or alternatively capable of carrying out both functions, such as a reversible heat pump. The coil is inserted in a cement plaster layer externally covered with a first layer of material with high heat capacity in turn externally covered with a second layer of thermally insulating material. The water that circulates in the coil transfers or removes heat via irradiation to the air present in said room, through the perimeter wall. In a first variant of the system that is the object of the invention, the latter com- prises, in place of the coil, a carbon fiber resistor connected to a voltage or current generator that heats the resistor by Joule effect. In a second variant of the system that is the object of the invention, the latter lacks the cement plaster layer and comprises T-shaped beams for connecting to the perimeter wall of the layer with high heat capacity and of the thermally insulatin layer.
Abstract:
A multi-abrasive tool is constituted by a support on which abrasive elements are present. Such abrasive elements are arranged in a manner so as to form one or more paths along which the successive abrasive elements have grain size sequentially increasing or decreasing by an arbitrary quantity when passing from on element to the next. Such principle gives rise to abrasive tools with different conformation both for polishing machines and for grindstones. For roto-orbital and planetary polishing machines, and optionally orbital, such support is circular and the grain sequence is circumferential, or radial, or in both directions. A first tool is constituted by contiguous (or non-contiguous) circular rings, that are differently abrasive. A second tool comprises differently abrasive elements arranged along the circular peripheral edge. A third tool comprises differently abrasive elements arranged along a spiral path of 360° starting from the edge. A fourth tool comprises two 180° spiral paths with reversed roughness sequences. A fourth tool comprises pairs of differently abrasive small cylinders fixed to a plate on concentric circumferences. A fifth tool is obtained directly on the plate of the polishing machine by means of reliefs and spacers for fixing differently abrasive sectors. For linear polishing machines, the abrasive support is a belt along which differently abrasive rectangular or oblique zones follow each other. For alternative polishing machines, the abrasive support is a plate shaped like the aforesaid belt. For tools to use with grindstones, the multi-abrasive element has a cylindrical rotation symmetry, or conical with rounded tip, or spherical symmetry.

Dispenser of a liquid cosmetic product comprising a bottle (3) divided by an internal wall (10) into a first receptacle (11) and a second receptacle (12). The first receptacle contains the cosmetic product to be dispensed and is connected to a metering pump (15) by means of which the cosmetic product is drawn from the first receptacle and introduced into the second receptacle in order to allow an easy mixing of the dispensed cosmetic product with other substances before the use thereof. One variant of the dispenser comprises a third receptacle (32) containing a second liquid cosmetic product and connected with a second metering pump (33) by means of which the second cosmetic product is drawn from the third receptacle and introduced into the second receptacle in order to allow an easy mixing of the first cosmetic product with the second cosmetic product before the use thereof. Another object of the invention is a container (40) acting as a reloading container for the above-described dispenser.
Abstract:
The invention refers to a lock strike plate which can be coupled to a lock of a device for locking a landing door of an elevator platform. The lock strike plate comprises a bolt bushing in which the bolt of said lock is at least partially housable. The lock strike plate also comprises an emergency unlocking system including a cam rotatable by means of an unlocking triangle and integrally con- nected to a tooth for ejecting the bolt from the bolt bushing. In particular, the cam is rotatable between at least one first position at which the ejection tooth lies outside the bolt bushing, and a second position at which the tooth is at least partially housed in the bolt bushing, determining the ejection of the bolt from the latter and consequently the unlocking of the door. A variant of the lock strike plate, object of the invention, comprises an apparatus including an electrical contact which can be actuated by means of a button type switch. The cam is in- tegrally connected to a second tooth which, with a rotation of the cam such to determine the ejection of the bolt from the bolt bushing, presses the button ac- tuating the electrical contact. This causes the positive stop of the movement of the car of the elevator platform. Another object of the invention is a device for locking a landing door of an elevator platform comprising a lock coupled to the lock strike plate, object of the invention.
Abstract:
The invention refers to a system comprising a Venetian blind or the like housed within a double glazing or a double glass. The blind comprises a multiplicity of slats movable by means of a shaft rotatable around a longitudinal axis thereof and housed in a rolling-shutter box of the double glazing. The closure system comprises means for rotating the shaft around the longitudinal axis thereof. The rotation means are housed in a lateral profile of the double glazing and are commanded by a slider translatable between an upper end stop, at which the blind is completely raised, and a lower end stop, at which the blind is completely lowered. The closure system further comprises a first mechanism which prevents a movement of the blind until, during the transport or assembly of the closure system, the rolling-shutter box is disconnected from the lateral profile. The first blocking mechanism comprises three pins that can be rotated, together with the shaft, around the longitudinal axis thereof, and that can be translated be- tween a first position at which the three pins are housed in three respective seats obtained in the cap of the rolling-shutter box, and a second position in which the three pins lie outside said seats. While the rolling-shutter box is disconnected from the lateral profile, the three pins are housed in the respective seats so as to prevent a rotation of the shaft for moving the slats. The closure system also comprises three counter-pins integrally connected to the lateral profile and arranged in a manner so as to push the three pins outside the respective seats upon connection of the rolling-shutter box to the lateral profile, so as to allow a rotation of the shaft for moving the slats. The closure system finally comprises a second mechanism for blocking the slider when the latter is situated at the upper end stop, i.e. when the blind is completely raised.
Abstract:
The invention refers to an emergency device (4) connectable to a wheel of a land vehicle equipped with an inflatable tire, for the purpose of allowing the circulation of the vehicle when the tire is deflated. The device, object of the invention, comprises a ring (19) having an external diameter equal to the diameter of the tread of the tire, and connected, by means of plates (6) arranged radially, to a pair of curved elements (7, 8), each having an interspace at its convex edge in which a circular edge projecting from the rim of the wheel is partially housable. The two curved elements are mutually facing at the concavity and are mutually connected at a first respective end in a manner such that they can rotate with respect to each other. At a second end opposite said first end, one of the two curved elements is connected to a nut, the other curved element is connected to a stop. A screw is screwed in the nut to the point where it exerts a thrust on the stop tending to mutually move away said second ends. This places the curved elements in abutment against the rim of the wheel while the projecting edge of the latter is housed in the interspaces of the curved elements. In such a manner, the device that is the object of the invention is integrally associated with the rim of the wheel.
