    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The method includes receiving, from a base station, control signaling identifying a measurement configuration for one or more non-linear estimation measurements of reference signals associated with a power amplifier configuration of the base station, receiving, from the base station, the reference signals on a set of resources identified by the measurement configuration, performing one or more non-linear estimation measurements associated with the power amplifier configuration of the base station based on the received reference signals, and transmitting, to the base station according to the measurement configuration, a measurement report based on the one or more non-linear estimation measurements.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit a message to a transmission reception point (TRP) in a multi-TRP network that indicates a capability of the UE to support a communication scheme (e.g., a spatial division multiplexing (SDM) scheme, a single frequency network (SFN) scheme, a combined SDM and SFN scheme, or the like). The UE may receive a configuration that indicates parameters common to both the SDM scheme and the SFN scheme. The TRP may transmit an indication of an SDM scheme, an SFN scheme, a combined SDM and SFN scheme, or the like to the UE for communications between the UE and one or more TRPs. The UE may communicate with the one or more TRPs based on the communication scheme indicated by the TRP.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration of random access resources from a base station. The configuration may indicate a quantity of a plurality of random access preambles, a quantity of a plurality of synchronization signal blocks (SSBs), and a quantity of random access preambles per SSB. The received configuration may indicate that each random access preamble of the plurality of random access preambles is available to the UE in the random access occasion for each SSB of a plurality of SSBs transmitted by the base station. The UE may select a random access preamble of the plurality of random access preambles based at least in part on the received configuration and transmit the selected random access preamble to the base station in the random access occasion.

    Abstract: A transmitting device (e.g., a base station, a user equipment (UE)) may pre- generate waveform components, for a transmission to be sent subsequent to a listen before talk (LBT) procedure, based on a waveform generation capability of the transmitting device (e.g., memory storage capability, ability to combine waveform components in the time domain following a per subband LBT procedure, etc.). Further, certain behavior or rules (e.g., which waveform components are generated, how many subbands are included in a waveform component, etc.) may be expected by both a base station and a UE depending on the waveform generation capability of the transmitting device and the resource allocation. Additionally, resource block group (RBG) configurations (e.g., RBG definitions) for improved resource allocation are also described. A base station may indicate guard band boundaries to a UE to indicate RBG configurations that account for guard bands.
