There is provided a method of broadcasting advertisements. The method includes calculating online scheduling values in proportion to preferences of users in each area of advertisement display devices for advertisement items, with respect to the advertisement items, to be processed in a present time slot, and the advertisement display devices; calculating a standard deviation between the online scheduling values of the advertisement display devices, with respect to each of the advertisement items; selecting an advertisement item having a maximum standard deviation; selecting an advertisement display device having a maximum online scheduling value with respect to the selected advertisement item; transmitting the selected advertisement item to the selected advertisement display device; and excluding advertisement display devices for the selected advertisement item and advertisement items for the selected advertisement display device. When there are left advertisement items and advertisement display devices to be processed after the excluding, the selecting an advertisement item having a maximum standard deviation is performed again with respect to the left advertisement items and advertisement dis la devices.
Abstract:
There is provided an effective algorithm for localizing an object using multiple visual images that are obtained from the widely used digital imaging devices. We propose parallel projection model supporting both zooming and panning of the imaging devices. Our proposed method defines a virtual viewable plane for creating a relationship between an object position and a reference coordinate. The reference point necessary in the proposed algorithm can be a rough estimate which may be obtained from the pre-estimation process. The algorithm minimizes localization error through the iterative approach with relatively low computational complexity. Non-linearity distortion of the digital image devices may be compensated during the iterative approach.
Abstract:
There is provided a real-time target detection method based on reduced complexity hyspectral processing. The real-time target detection method includes detecting a preprocessed pixel as a target and/or a background, based on a library; and refining the library by extracting and/or target samples and background samples from the target and/or the background. Real-time target detection architecture for hyspectral image processing is based on a reduced complexity algorithm where a library refinement procedure is simplified for real-time applications and the number of spectral bands is reduced. There are provided effective pipeline processing element architecture using data partitioning and scalable complex processing element architecture. Accordingly, the real-time target detection architecture for hyspectral image processing has a merit of quickly and accurately detecting a target.

A community computing system and method is provided for achieving a community's goal. A community computing system of the present invention includes a includes at least one a situation model database for storing a plurality of situation modes; at least one member for determining an attribute on the basis of sequentially sensed information and transmitting the attribute as a context; and a community manager analyzing the context transmitted by the at least one member, determining a situation of the community on the basis of the analysis result, retrieving a situation model corresponding to the situation from the situation model database, wherein the at least one member is assigned at least one role and action appropriate for the situation of the community. The community computing system of the present invention determines a situation on the basis of contests collected from members and assigns roles and actions of the members according to a situation model corresponding to the situation, whereby the members effectively cooperate for achieving a community's goal.

A method of controlling adaptive process reconfiguring system easily according to the present invention comprises discovering a necessary service to achieve a goal among services of various protocols, invocating the service in case the services discovered are only one, and selecting and invocating a most suitable service to achieve the goal among a plurality of services, in case that the services discovered are plural, in a method of controlling adaptive process reconfiguring system easily controlling a process of framework adaptively for various situations under ubiquitous computing environment comprising a plurality of services and applications. According to the present invention, the present invention can positively cope with modules to be either modified or added at any time and provide a service by searching a most suitable module to a situation for the request of the application.

The present invention provides a system for minimally reducing the additional development correction request of which various and diverse systems are required, in the integration platform for the ubiquitous environment construction, and for supporting the diversity of the ubiquitous computing environment which minimally reduces the burden in which developers are additionally on duty for the interface development between the subsystems for an interaction. A system for supporting the diversity of the ubiquitous computing environment according to the present invention has a message bus including a message broker managing an intermediary role of delivering an actual message between the subsystems and a messaging adaptor managing an interface function between the message broker and the subsystems; the messaging adaptor is installed in the subsystems and includes a first adaptor including a first application port for interfacing with the subsystems, and a second adaptor including a second application port for interfacing with the first adaptor and the broker port operating with the message broker. Therefore, since functional elements are separately designed according to this invention, it can efficiently correspond to an expansion and change of the information element of a message, and make facilitated to change its configuration according to the performance of a system.

A spliced hollow prestressed concrete girder bridge, in which a plurality of holes are formed in a body portion of the girder to reduce the weight of the girder, is constructed by carrying a plurality of spliced girders manufactured in a factory to a construction site, assembling the spliced girders in the construction site, first tensing steel wires installed at the entire girder, reinforcing a connection portion between spliced members by a steel rod or steel wire which is connected by welding or using a coupling or anchoring device at the spliced portion that connecting the spliced girders, installing the assembled girders that are first tensed on a pier, installing a continuous steel wire for connecting the installed spliced girders for a continuous bridge, pouring slab in the upper portion of the installed spliced girders, after the slab is cured, second tensing steel wires that have not tensed or the tensed continuous steel wire, and when cracks are generated or excessive sagging occurs after the bridge is constructed, additionally tensing the steel wires.

The pre-treatment apparatus includes: a gas compressor that compresses gas supplied from the outside and contained, and supplies a process gas that is compressed; a powder feeder for supplying a coating powder including a single metal or alloy supplied from the outside and contained; and a spray nozzle through which the process gas supplied from the gas compressor and the coating powder supplied from the powder feeder are cold sprayed on a surface of a base metal on which a thin film is to be deposited so as to form a porous metal coating layer on the surface of the base metal. The pre-treatment method includes: preparing a base metal including a single metal or alloy; preparing a coating powder including powder of one or more single metals or an alloy thereof; forming a porous metal coating layer on a surface of the base metal, on which a thin film is to be deposited, by cold-spraying the coating powder and a process gas to the surface of the base metal; and depositing the thin film on the coating layer, wherein the thin film includes metal.

Provided are an apparatus and method for providing a context-aware service capable of providing a user with an optimal service by extracting an accuracy of sensed or reasoned contextual information using a variety of contextual information awareness methods and increasing a reliability level of context-awareness. According to the present invention, an apparatus and method for providing a context-aware service can increase an accuracy of context-aware, compared to context-aware obtained by using the conventional single context-aware method, thereby providing a user with an optimal service.

A ubiquitous space monitor and a ubiquitous space monitoring method, and more particularly, a ubiquitous space monitor and a ubiquitous space monitoring method for simultaneously providing an image of a subject captured by a camera and detailed information about the subject without having to attaching radio-frequency identification (RFID) to the subject. A ubiquitous space monitor and a ubiquitous space monitoring method according to the present invention can advantageously provide information desired by a user regarding a captured subject without having to attaching RFID to the subject. Further, the ubiquitous space monitor simultaneously displays an image of the subject and additional information about the subject, thereby greatly increasing the convenience of monitoring.
