Abstract:
The present invention relates to a solventless composition and a method for preparing the solventless composition. The present invention provides a solventless composition for effectively manufacturing a film displaying excellent processing efficiency during film manufacturing process and which is even, not having a substantial variation in the thickness thereof, a film that is even while having a thick thickness, or a film having excellent physical properties such as heat resistance. Also, the composition of the present invention does not cause pollution during the film manufacturing process. In addition, the present invention prevents gelation or phase separation of the ingredients of the composition, thereby providing a composition enabling manufacturing of a substrate film having excellent physical properties such as optical transparency, and displaying excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability.

The present invention relates to an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive composition comprising a monomer containing linear carbonate having an antistatic property. The acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive composition exhibits an excellent balance between low-rate peel strength and high-rate peel strength, and is capable of lowering the content of an antistatic agent. It also provides excellent releasable property, and protection of the surface of a polarizer due to proper wettability.

The present invention relates to an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which comprises a (meth)acrylic copolymer comprising 70 to 95 parts by weight of an alkyl(meth)acrylic acid ester monomer, in which alkyl has 2 to 14 carbon atoms, and 5 to 30 parts by weight of a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer containing a copolymerizable aromatic group, wherein the composition has a gel fraction of 10 to 55% and a swelling ratio of 30 to 110, and a sol (uncross-linked polymer) eluted therein with a solvent has a weight average molecular weight of 600,000 or more; a polarizing plate comprising the composition; and a liquid crystal display device comprising the same. The composition according to the present invention provides workability such as an excellent durability and re- workability, and has an effect of improving a light leakage phenomenon, since the size of birefringence occurred under stress is very small.

Disclosed herein is an adhesive composition for transporting a flexible substrate, which is used to manufacture a flexible display device using a flexible substrate such as a plastic substrate by using a conventional line for manufacturing a liquid crystal display device comprising a glass substrate. The present invention provides an adhesive composition for transporting a flexible substrate, which includes 100 parts by weight of an adhesive for transporting a flexible substrate and 0.001 to 5 parts by weight of an antistatic agent, an adhesive sheet containing the composition, and a method of transporting a flexible substrate using the same.

The composition includes (A) 42 to 70 parts by weight of a polydiorganosiloxane containing an alkenyl group, (B) 55 to 28 parts by weight of a polyorganosiloxane copolymer including R 1 SiO 1/2 units and SiO 2 units, wherein R 1 is a hydroxy group or a monovalent hydrocarbon group of 1 to 12 carbon atoms, (C) a polyorganosiloxane containing an SiH group, wherein the molar ratio of the SiH group of component (C) to the alkenyl group of component (A) is from 0.5 to 20, and (D) a platinum group catalytic compound, wherein the weight ratio of a metal component of the compound to the sum of components (A) and (B) is from 1 to 5000 ppm by weight.

The present invention relates to an acrylic pressure- sensitive adhesive composition, and more precisely, an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which is prepared by copoly- merization of a vinyl and/or acrylic monomer having a cross-linkable functional group and comprises 100 weight part of a high molecular weight (meth)acrylic copolymer which is prepared by copolymerization of a vinyl and/or acrylic monomer harboring a cross-linkable functional group and whose weight average molecular weight is 40 ~ 100 times as high as the entanglement molecular weight, 5 ~ 50 weight part of a low molecular weight (meth) acrylic copolymer which does not contain a cross-linkable functional group and whose weight average molecular weight is 2 ~ 15 times as high as entanglement molecular weight, and 0.01 ~ 10 weight part of a multifunctional cross-linking agent. The acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention has reliable adhesion durability under high temperature and high humidity and at the same time reduces the light leakage due to the stress relaxation and enhances the cutting-efficiency of a polarizing plate.

The present invention relates to an acrylic adhesive composition, and more particularly, to an acrylic adhesive composition comprising a room temperature eutectic salt prepared by mixing a metal salt represented by the formula (1), composed of an anion having a perfluoroalkane group, which is a conjugate base of a super acid, and an alkali metal cation with a compound having an amide group represented by the formula (2), which is used to increase the degree of dissociation of the metal salt. The acrylic adhesive composition of the present invention has superior endurance reliability, antistaticity and adhesive force without whitening under high temperature and humidity.

The present invention provides an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for a polarizing film comprising a) 100 parts by weight of a (meth)acrylic copolymer having a high molecular weight, which is copolymerized from a (me th)acrylic acid ester monomer and a vinylic and/or an acrylic monomer having a functional group capable of crosslinking with a mul¬ tifunctional crosslinking agent and has a weight- average molecular weight of at least 1,000,000; b) 5-20 parts by weight of a (meth)acrylic copolymer having a low molecular weight, which comprises the same monomer of the main chain of a) the (meth)acrylic copolymer having a high molecular weight, has a weight-average molecular weight of 2,000-30,000 and comprises 0.01-1 monomer, per one molecule of the copolymer on average, having a functional group capable of reacting with the crosslinking agent of c); and c) 0.01-10 parts by weight of a multifunctional crosslinking agent. A polarizing film comprising the composition and a liquid crystal display device comprising the same can minimize the light leakage problem with good stress-relaxation ability, while maintaining such major characteristics as adhesion durability, even under thermal and humidity conditions.

The present invention relates to a touch panel. The touch panel, according to the present invention, comprises: a base material; and an adhesive layer, which is coupled to the base material and has a release force of 1900g/25mm with respect to a polycarbonate sheet, wherein the form of the adhesive layer includes an acrylic polymer product comprising an acrylic polymer and a thiol polymer, which is derived from a thiol compound that binds to a side chain or the end of a chain in the acrylic polymer, thereby effectively preventing oxygen, moisture, or other foreign substances from infiltrating a base material film and the surface of the adhesive layer or a conductive body thin film and the surface of the adhesive layer, and preventing deterioration of optical properties such as visibility, due to bubbles that are generated form an adhesive surface. In addition, change in resistance of the conductive body thin film is effectively prevented when the adhesive layer is directly coupled to the conductive body thin film and when exposed to extreme conditions, such as high temperature or high temperature and high humidity, thereby enabling stable operation of the touch panel for a long time.
