摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing a coated substrate element and to an embossing tool for carrying out the method. In a first step, a substrate material is introduced into a cavity of a mold embossing tool. Then the mold embossing tool is set to an enlarged cavity to form a flooding gap. A flooding material is introduced into the enlarged cavity. Then an embossing step is carried out, in which the enlarged cavity is reduced in order to emboss the flooding material. According to the invention, the flooding material is introduced into the cavity at a position of the embossing tool that lies in a non-visible area of the installed product in the subsequent product. Furthermore, the embossing tool is heated in an area in which shrinkage gaps form during the hardening process of the substrate element.

摘要： Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zum Herstellen eines beschichteten Trägerelementes und ein Prägewerkzeug zur Durchführung des Verfahrens. In einem ersten Schritt wird in eine Kavität eines Formprägewerkzeuges ein Trägermaterial eingebracht. Anschließend wird das Formprägewerkzeug zur Ausbildung eines Flutungsspaltes auf eine vergrößerte Kavität eingestellt, in die ein Flutungsmaterial eingebracht wird. Anschließend wird ein Prägeschritt durchgeführt, bei dem die vergrößerte Kavität zum Verprägen des Flutungsmaterials verkleinert wird. Erfindungsgemäß wird das Flutungsmaterial an einer Position des Prägewerkzeugs in die Kavität eingebracht, der beim späteren Produkt in einem nicht sichtbaren Bereich des verbauten Produktes liegt. Weiterhin wird das Prägewerkzeug in einem Bereich, in dem sich beim Härtevorgang des Trägerelements Schrumpfspalte ausbilden beheizt.

摘要： This invention provides a system for transporting and unloading steel railway sleepers (10). The system comprises at least one bolster (33, 34) mountable to a flat bed railway wagon (31, 32) and adapted to hold an array of parallel stacks of sleepers (37) transversely orientated with respect to the bolster (33); and an unloader (1) movable along the bolster and capable of removing at least one sleeper from a stack. The invention also provides a steel railway sleeper unloading apparatus (1) comprising conveyor (4) for ejecting a sleeper (10) delivered to the conveyor from the apparatus; opposed gripping members (11, 12) adjacent the conveyor and adapted for gripping each end of a sleeper presented thereto and delivering the sleeper to the conveyor; and an elevator (6) for elevating a stack of sleepers and successively presenting an individual sleeper to the gripping members (11, 12).
