The invention provides novel synthetic quinazolone compounds, as well as pharmaceutical compositions comprising those compounds.
Abstract:
A VCO (voltage controlled oscillator) circuit includes a differential mode VCO, a phase locked loop for providing a frequency control voltage to control an operating frequency of the VCO and a negative feedback control loop operable to receive and process a differential output signal produced by the VCO. The control loop includes a differential mode frequency discriminator operable to detect a phase noise content of the received signal and to deliver to the VCO via the feedback loop an error control signal adapted to cancel the detected phase noise content. The VCO includes at least one voltage controlled device, a first input connection for applying the frequency control voltage to the at least one voltage controlled device and a second input connection for applying the error control signal, separately from the frequency control voltage, to at least one voltage controlled device of the VCO.

A method for mounting a wind turbine blade (3) to a wind turbine hub (1) by use of a crane boom (5) is provided. The orientation of the blade (3) is kept substantially horizontal when the blade (3) is lifted off the ground and mounted to the rotor hub (1). Control wires (13) which connect the blade (3) via the crane boom (5) to a winch arrangement (11) are used for keeping the blade (3) orientation substantially horizontal in addition to at least one bearing wire (15) for bearing the blade weight.
Abstract:
The current invention provides oligonucleotides which comprise a dinucleotide consisting of a 5' locked nucleic acid (LNA), a phosphorothioate intemucloside linkage bond to a 3' RNA or RNA analogue. The dinucleotide reduces the strength of hybridization of the oligonucleotide to a complementary nucleic acid target. The modification can be used to modulate hybridisation properties in both single stranded oligonucleotides and in double stranded siRNA complexes, particularly in oligonucleotides where the use of LNA results in excessively strong hybridisation properties.
Abstract:

Abstract:
By constructing tank cleaning equipment according to the invention such that it comprises a cleaning jetting part (7, 9) as well as a suction part (4), the equipment can work with the same cleaning medium which is recirculated. This saves supply of fresh cleaning medium, and since used medium is thus not discharged, it is not necessary to establish deposit facilities to avoid pollution. Furthermore, this equipment according to the invention may advantageously be used for keeping so-called drilling mud in a mixed and thus ready-to-use state, even when left to stand for an extended period of time in a tank. The nozzle jets (10) thus keep the mud in the tank in a constantly mixed state, and the mud can therefore be sucked through the suction pipe (20) for pumping in the drill pipe, it being ensured that the mud is homogeneous and has a suitable viscosity.
