摘要: The present invention concerns a process for producing an intra-articularly injectable polynucleotide-based viscous gel, wherein said polynucleotides advantageously have an average molecular weight ≥ 1000 kDa, in particular selected in the range from 2600 to 3500 kDalton. The polynucleotide-based gel finds application in the medical and veterinary fields in the treatment of osteoarticular diseases.

摘要: The invention relates to selected peptides which repair, by means of nucleotide excision repair (NER), cellular DNA damaged by the exposure to external agents in particular UV rays and the cosmetic or pharmaceutical use thereof in skin treatment. The invention also relates to compositions for topical application containing the peptides preferably carried in liposomes to prevent and treat skin damage caused by the exposure to UV rays in particular in subjects affected by xeroderma pigmentosum.
