    Abstract: A system for providing universal access to pre-defined information through a phone, for retrieval and use of said pre-defined information relating to data in any phone, said system comprising: registration means adapted to register at least a first phone with its corresponding phone identification fields for authenticated use with said system; transmission means coupled with said registered phone to transmit said pre-defined information; receiver means adapted to receive said transmitted pre-defined information from each of said registered phones; server means adapted to store said received pre-defined information, in a classified manner; logging means adapted to allow a user to securely log-on to said server means using a second phone; accessing means adapted to allow a user to securely access said information of said first phone using said logged-on second phone; mapping means adapted to map securely accessed said information on said second phone; and phone switching means adapted to allow routing of a call from said second phone using mapped pre-defined information of said first phone.
