Abstract: Sealant assemblies and methods are provided for sealing an interface between a surface and a projection extending from the surface. The sealant assembly includes a flexible member circumscribing an area to form a sealant pocket and a filling sealant at least partially filling the sealant pocket. The filling sealant and the flexible member comprise substantially the same material.

Abstract: An adhesive composition for use on a fleece-backed roofing substrate includes two components that are mixed prior to application on the fleece backed roofing substrate. The first component includes renewable polyol, catalyst, fumed silica, and surfactant. The renewable polyols are selected from any non-petroleum based polyol that is derived from a renewable source. The second component includes isocyanates, including renewable and non-renewable isocyanates.

Abstract: An adhesive composition for use in adhering insulation panels to roofing substrates and roofing membranes to the insulation panels include two components that are mixed prior to application on the roofing substrate. The first component may include a renewable polyol and catalyst. The renewable polyol is selected from any non-petroleum based polyol that is derived from a renewable source. The second component includes isocyanate, and may also include a polyol and a catalyst. The isocyanate and the polyol may each be any non-petroleum based isocyanate or polyol that is derived from a renewable source.
