The invention relates to a wall element, comprising a honeycomb supporting element, comprising hollow bodies connected to one another at their respectively adjacent peripheral walls; and at least one skin closing a boundary surface of the supporting element; the skin on one side engaging in the hollow bodies in such a way that their opening is fully closed and, on the other side, projecting outside the boundary surface of the supporting element. The invention further relates to a supporting element comprising hollow bodies connected to one another at their respectively adjacent peripheral walls. The invention achieves an improved connection of a skin in that the peripheral walls of the hollow bodies have, at the boundary surface, a material extension of the peripheral wall which narrows the access to the interior of the hollow bodies and runs in the plane of the boundary surface. Furthermore, the invention specifies processes for producing such a wall element.

The invention describes a building with vertical exterior walls (2) and a roof (9) thereabove which comprises at least two panel-like roof parts (6, 7) which can be arranged on opposite sides, a roof ridge of a gable roof being formed in the process. In order that such an arrangement can be better transported, the roof parts (6, 7) are articulated on opposite exterior walls (2) and can be swung down essentially normal or parallel to the exterior walls (2) and essentially in pairs parallel to one another, the roof ridge being eliminated in the process.

Das Herstellungsverfahren ermöglicht eine Herstellung in einem einzigen Heiss- und Kühl-Pressgang.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a transportable building with a transporting weight of less than 30 t, which can be positioned at the setting-up site on a foundation and in which exterior walls, a roof and floor slab confine a living area closed off from the surroundings. The invention provides a building that is stable and can be better transported over extended distances in that the exterior walls, the roof and the floor slab are formed from weather-proof material, that the exterior walls are of a self-supporting design and that when the building is transported the entire weight of the building weighs on the exterior walls. Furthermore, the invention specifies a method for producing such a building.

Universal-Basisplatte aus Metall und Kunststoff, die überwiegend großflächig einsetz- und preisgünstig in einem einzigen Heißpreß- und Kühlgang herstellbar ist und als Produkt mit Dreifachfunktion sowohl für die photovoltaische Stromerzeugung, als auch für die Kühlung der Solarzellen und die Heißwassererzeugung verwendbar ist. Die Basisplatte ist punktuell schraub-, nagel- und verformbar und kann zur Bildung eines vollflächigen Daches oder einer Fassade, von Decken- und Wandverkleidungen sowie als Fußbodenheizung fast nahtlos aneinandergereiht werden und gibt Wärme sowohl in Strahlung, als auch in Konvektion ab. Verfahren zur Herstellung.

A roof element has a hollow plate-like roof body with a supporting trough in a single piece and at least one removable covering element that rests on the supporting trough or on projecting ribs shaped out of the material of the supporting trough, as well as at least one solar energy collector. For such an element not to differ from conventional roof elements, neither by its appearance nor by its weight or size, and be economic to mount, the covering element is coloured and profiled to at least approximately resemble conventional roof surfaces.

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a moulding body from lightweight concrete, comprising the steps of manufacturing a concrete mechanical mixture, comprising cement and aggragates such as sand or pebbles; admixing of water mixed with a gas to the concrete mechanical mixture to form a liquid concrete mix; pouring the liquid concrete mix into a mould; and letting the concrete mix set in the mould. According to the invention, a favourable density distribution of a lightweight concrete moulding body is achieved in that that the water mixed with gas is subjected to a sonochemical treatment step before and/or after being admixed to the concrete mechanical mixture such that before completely setting of the liquid concrete mix, said mix undergoes an increase in volume, whereby the density of the manufactured moulding body is reduced. The resulting lightweight concrete moulding body has low density and firm outer walls.
