A method for providing photoluminescent products (1), consisting in providing a first layer (10) comprising clear polyester treated, at at least one first face, with trichloroacetic acid; applying to the at least one first face of the first layer (10) a second layer (20) comprising a clear bonding agent; applying to the second layer (20) a third layer (30) comprising clear polyvinyl chloride and a photoluminescent additive; and applying to the third layer (30) a fourth layer (40) comprising polyvinyl chloride and a white coloring agent; the photoluminescent product (1) is therefore composed of at least the first layer (10), the second layer (20), the third layer (30) and the fourth layer (40).

The invention also relates to an aircraft comprising at least one aircraft panel according to the invention, wherein the aircraft panel is preferably formed by a cabin window. A method for manufacturing a panel including a reinforcement sheet (6) comprises the steps of: providing a first layer (3) of thermoplastic material, providing a reinforcement sheet (6), laying the reinforcement sheet (6) and the first layer (3) onto each other, applying a second layer (11) of thermoplastic material on top of the reinforcement sheet (6) at a side facing away from the first layer (3), at least partially melting the thermoplastic materials of the first layer (3) and the second layer (11), adhering the at least partially melted first layer (3), the at least partially melted second layer (11) and the reinforcement sheet (6) to each other so as to form the panel, wherein the reinforcement sheet (6) and the first layer (3) are adhered to each other by pressing them together after at least partially melting the thermoplastic material of the first layer (3), but before applying the second layer (11) of thermoplastic material onto the reinforcement sheet (6).
