The support plate comprises a frame (11) filled with cast mineral (21) in such a way that the frame (11) and cast mineral form a single plate (12). Struts (13) are fitted inside the frame (11) in such a way that their surface is flush with the upper surface (14) of the plate (12). The frame (11) and/or the struts (13) have means for holding fastening elements (15) for the production, assembly and/or test equipment to be mounted, plus means for anchoring it in the cast mineral (21). To manufacture the support plate, the frame (11) is mounted on a backing (19) and used as a mould.
