Abstract:
A method is provided for assembling a double-walled cooking vessel, comprising the steps of providing a preformed outer vessel (2), positioning therein an intermediate bottom wall element (3) and an inner vessel (1) preformed in such a way that it fits into said outer vessel (2), and hot stamping the resulting assembly. The resulting double-walled cooking vessel is also disclosed.

A cooker is disclosed which comprises an enclosure (1) having heating means (14), at least one cooking chamber (5) opening into the said enclosure through an access opening, and a cooking fume collection and evacuation system (16, 22, 26, 28, 30) opening to the outside of the enclosure (1) and incorporating a ventilation means (15). The said system includes at least one cooking fume suction section (16) at the edge of the chamber (5) with its inlet (17) located close to the access opening, and communicates with the outside of the enclosure (1). The said cooker is characterized in that the ventilation means is designed to provide minimum section in the system of at least 27 m3/h, and in that the system communicates with the outside through an inlet opening (31) and has a scavenging section defined between the access opening and an extension of the suction section inlet (17) above and in line with the said access opening, the inlet (17) and the inlet opening (31) being appropriately dimensioned and positioned to create, in association with the minimum suction flow, a scavenging air stream in the cooking chamber (5). Application is found in deep fryers.

Cooking vessel (1) with a thermoconductive base (2) for heating, especially by induction. The vessel comprises, from the inside to the outside, at least one heat-conducting metal plate (5) and at least one metal sheet (6) with perforations (10). Said sheet (6) is embedded into the plate (5) so that its perforations (10) are filled by the metal of the plate (5) and is characterized in that said perforations (10) have a total area corresponding to 5 % to 20 % of the total sheet area, and preferably 15 to 20 % thereof.
