The method comprises a step of cold molding of an aluminium foil (10) performed by pressing said foil between a counter-mold (3) and a corresponding punch (2), and the cake pan has a thickness equal to or greater than about 250 pm. The method is realized by means of an automated production plant (200) comprising a molding apparatus (1 ) formed by: ■ the counter-mold (3) and the punch (2), selectively joinable to one another for pressing the foil of aluminium material (10) therebetween so as to realize a cold molding; ■ relative moving means of the above mentioned molding bodies; ■ a die punch body (4) of the foil (10) of metallic material; and ■ forming means (6) of a peripheral edge of the container.

A method is provided for assembling a double-walled cooking vessel, comprising the steps of providing a preformed outer vessel (2), positioning therein an intermediate bottom wall element (3) and an inner vessel (1) preformed in such a way that it fits into said outer vessel (2), and hot stamping the resulting assembly. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines aus einem Grundkörper (5) und einem darin angeordneten Boden (2) gebildeten Kochgeschirrs (1), insbesondere eines Topfes, einer Pfanne oder dergleichen, bei dem in einem ersten Verfahrensschritt der Grundkörper (5) vorzugsweise durch Tiefziehen einstückig ausgebildet und in einem zweiten Verfahrensschritt der Grundkörper (5) mit den vorzugsweise mehrteiligen, einer Einlage (6) sowie eine die Einlage (6) aufnehmende Kapsel (7) aufweisenden Boden (2) verbunden wird. Um ein Verfahren bereitzustellen, das bei gleichzeitig einfacher und wirtschaftlicher Durchführbarkeit die Herstellung eines einen sich auch unter einer vergleichsweise hohen thermischen Belastung nur in engen Toleranzgrenzen verformenden Boden (2) aufweisenden Kochgeschirrs (1) ermöglicht, wird mit der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, dass der Boden (2) mittels einer Weg-gesteuerten Presseinrichtung, vorzugsweise einer Kniehebelpresse, kalibriert wird.
