L'invention porte sur une structure multicouche comprenant: - une couche (L1), dite externe, constituée d'une composition comprenant majoritairement un ou plusieurs copolyamides semi- cristallins (H) ayant une température de fusion d'au moins 220°C et comprenant au moins 80% en mol des deux motifs (s) et (a) suivants : - le motif (s) désignant un ou plusieurs motifs semi-aromatiques (s) formés d'un ou plusieurs sous-motifs issus de diacide aromatique (sr) et d'un ou plusieurs sous-motifs issus de diamine aliphatique (sa), la diamine aliphatique (sa) comprenant de 9 à 13 atomes de carbone, - le motif (a) désignant un ou plusieurs motifs aliphatiques comprenant de 8 à 13 atomes de carbone par atome d'azote, le ratio molaire (s)/(a) allant de 1 à 3, et - une couche (L2) constituée d'une composition comprenant majoritairement un ou plusieurs copolymères de tétrafluoroéthylène (TFE), ledit copolymère de TFE étant nécessairement fonctionnalisé lorsque la couche (L2) est en contact avec la couche (L1) ou en contact avec une couche intermédiaire comprenant majoritairement un ou plusieurs polyamides, ainsi que ses utilisations pour le transport de fluides dans le domaine automobile.

The present invention relates to a novel polyamide alloy composition that is useful for forming ing objects that may be used for the storage and transport of fluids. The polyamide alloy is a blend of at least one polyamide and at least one modified polyolefin having both medium to hard and soft domains. The polyamide forms the continuous phase of the alloy. The alloy may also contain, and preferably does contain, a thermal and light stabilization compound, at least one unmodified polyolefin, and at least one plasticizer. The polyamide alloy composition is useful in forming tanks, hoses and tubes used in the transport of liquid or gaseous fluids, including fluids under pressure.

Composition composed of a mixture of: - 60 to 99% by weight of a polymer component (A) formed from at least one of the homopolyamides or copolyamides a. that are transparent and amorphous or present crystallinity such that the enthalpy of fusion during the second heating of a DSC ISO (delta Hm(2)) is at most 30 J/g, the mass being related to the number of amide units contained or polyamide contained, this melting corresponding to that of the amide units; b. presenting a glass transition temperature (Tg) greater than 90 °C; and c. composed at least in part of cycloaliphatic and/or aromatic units, and/or alloys based on at least one previously cited homopolyamide or copolyamide, said alloys being amorphous or presenting crystallinity meeting the same definition as hereinabove; - 40 at 1% by weight of a polymer component (B) formed by at least one copolyamide based upon ether units and amide units; - the polymer components (A) + (B) representing 100% by weight; - where at least one among (A) and (B) may additionally contain at least on additive usual for thermoplastic polymers and copolymers, without the content of said additive(s) in each of the polymers components (A) and (B) representing more than 30% by weight of said polymer component.

Transparent blend or alloy comprising, by weight, the total being 100%: (A) 1 to 99% of at least one copolymer constituent: which is amorphous or has a crystallinity ranging up to semi-crystallinity; and - which comprises: (A1) amide units, among which is at least one cycloaliphatic unit; (A2) flexible ether units; (B) 99 to 1% of at least one polymer constituent selected from: (Ba) semi-crystalline copolyamides comprising amide units (Ba1) and comprising ether units (Ba2), (Bb) semi-crystalline polyamides or copolyamides without ether units, (Bc) transparent polyamides or copolyamides, without ether units, which are amorphous or weakly crystalline, and alloys based on such polyamides or copolyamides; and (C) 0 to 50% by weight of at least one polyamide, copolyamide, copolyamide comprising ether units or alloy based on such polyamides or copolyamides other than those used in (A) and (B) above. The resulting blend or alloy has a high transparency such that the transmittance at 560 nm on a plate 2 mm thick is greater than 50%.

The present invention relates to amorphous transparent copolyamides of formula: PACM.T / D.X / X1.Y1 resulting from the condensation of PACM, terephtalic acid, a diamine D, a diacid X, a diamine X1 and a diacid Y1 in which : PACM denotes the p-bis(aminocyclohexyl)methane, T denotes terephtalic acid, D denotes a diamine chosen from aromatic, arylaliphatic and cycloaliphatic diamines, X denotes a diacid HOOC-(CH 2 ) n -COOH having from 8 to 20 carbon atoms, XI denotes an aliphatic diamine, Y1 denotes a diacid HOOC-(CH 2 ) n -COOH having from 6 to 20 carbon atoms, the mol proportion of PACM.T is such as (PACM.T)/(PACM.T+D.X) is above 0.5, and can be increased to 1 , the mol proportion of X1 is between 16% and 38%, X1.Y1 can be replaced partly or totally by Z, a lactam or an alpha-omega aminocarboxylic acid, having from 9 to 20 carbon atoms, and in this case the mol proportion of Z is between 33% and 75%.

The invention concerns a polyamide thermoplastic composition comprising: 50 to 98 parts of a non-diamine polyamide (A1); 0.2 to 40 parts, preferably 0.2 to 9 parts of a diamine polyamide (A2), said polyamide (A2) being different from the polyamide (A1) and the mass ratio (A2)/(A1) being less than 1; 1 to 60 parts, preferably 1 to 30 parts of a reactive impact modifier (B) or a mixture of modifiers comprising at least a reactive impact modifier. The invention also concerns an impact modifying composition and the method for preparing said thermoplastic composition using said impact modifying composition.

The invention relates to a composition based on an impact-resistant thermoplastic polyamide resin, comprising as a blend: - from 60 to 98 wt% of polyamide resin (A) and - from 2 to 40 wt% of a blend of at least one graft copolymer with polyamide blocks (B) composed of a polyolefin backbone and at least one polyamide graft in which the grafts are attached to the backbone by the residues of an unsaturated monomer (X) having a functional group capable of reacting with an amine-terminated polyamide, the residues of the unsaturated monomer (X) being attached to the backbone by grafting or copolymerization through its double bond, and a non-reactive ethylene polymer (C) that is miscible with (B) and has a density below 0.960 g/cm 3 . This composition has improved impact resistance properties and also a satisfactory fluidity. The invention also relates to the process of obtaining said composition and also to its use for manufacturing products or parts obtained by injection moulding or extrusion.

Mélange ou alliage transparent comprenant, en poids, le total étant 100 % : (A) 1 à 99% d'au moins un constituant copolymère : étant amorphe ou présentant une cristallinité allant jusqu'à la semi- cristallinité; et - comportant : (A1) des motifs amides parmi lesquels se trouve au moins un motif cycloaliphatique; (A2) des motifs souples éthers; (B) 99 à 1% d'au moins un constituant polymère choisi parmi : (Ba) les copolyamides semi-cristallins à motifs amides (Ba1) et à motifs éthers (Ba2), (Bb) les polyamides ou copolyamides semi-cristallins sans motifs éthers, (Bc) les polyamides ou copolyamides transparents, sans motifs éthers, étant amorphes ou faiblement cristallins et les alliages à base de tels polyamides ou copolyamides; et (C) 0 à 50% en poids d'au moins un polyamide, copolyamide, copolyamide à motifs éthers ou alliage à base de tels polyamides ou copolyamides autres que ceux utilisés en (A) et (B) ci-dessus. Le mélange ou alliage résultant présente une transparence élevée telle que la transmittance à 560 nm sur plaque de 2 mm d'épaisseur est supérieure à 50%.
