    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) are described. A UE may receive control signaling from a serving base station. The control signaling may indicate a resource pattern to monitor for interference caused by downlink transmissions from a second base station. The UE may then perform a received signal strength indicator measurement of the downlink transmissions from the second base station in accordance with the resource pattern. Upon performing the received signal strength indicator measurement, the UE may transmit a measurement report including an indication of the received signal strength indicator measurement.

A user equipment (UE) may receive a control message identifying a backbone model that is combinable with at least one task-specific model to generate a multi-model machine learning application. The UE may receive the backbone model and a first task-specific model identified by the control message. The UE use a multi-model machine learning application that is a combination of the backbone model and the first task-specific model to process one or more received signals to generate one or more outputs. The UE may communicate with a wireless device based on the one or more outputs.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may detect whether a data sample falls outside of a dataset used to train a machine learning model configured by a network device. For example, a base station may transmit control signaling to the UE to indicate an out-of-distribution (OOD) detection rule configuration that the UE uses to determine whether at least one data sample falls outside of the dataset. If the at least one data sample is determined to fall outside of the dataset using the OOD detection rule configuration, the UE may transmit an indication to the base station that indicates an OOD event has occurred for the at least one sample. Additionally, the base station may parameters for determining the OOD event, OOD detection patterns to indicate when to monitor for the OOD event, or a combination thereof.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that support blind decoding limit adjustment techniques. A base station may configure a user equipment (UE) with one or more conditions that may trigger an adjustment to a number of blind decoding candidates that are to be monitored at the UE for a control information communication from the base station. A nominal number of blind decoding candidates may be configured at the UE, and the adjustment to the number of blind decoding candidates may reduce the number of blind decoding candidates from the nominal number, thus allowing the UE to perform blind decoding using less processing power, less time, or both. The trigger conditions may include one or more configured conditions that may support reliable communications with fewer blind decoding candidates.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a configuration indicating an interference reciprocity between the first UE and a second UE, where the interference reciprocity is associated with cross link interference (CLI) between the first UE and the second UE. The first UE may also receive, from the base station, an indication of a transmit power of the second UE. The first UE may measure a pathloss associated with the CLI between the first UE and the second UE based at least in part on the received transmit power of the second UE. The first UE may determine a transmit power for transmission of one or more uplink messages based at least in part on the measured pathloss and transmit the uplink messaged using the determined transmit power.
