Abstract:
A brushless DC motor, whose stator (10) is a combination of stator yokes (11, 16), a bobbin (14) on which a magnetic field coil (15) is wound and to which terminal pins are provided, and a base plate (20). The stator (10) is fixed to the base plate (20) by a protrusion (12c) provided on the bobbin (14) or by a flange (18a) formed on a bearing. The widths of magnetic poles (11a, 16a) of the stator, which are measured in the circumferential direction of the stator, are smaller than the width of one of the poles of a rotor magnet (5). Thereby, the position of a stable point is a maximum excitation torque position. Further, a magnetic pole sensing element (21) is provided at a place which is shifted in the circumferential direction from the middle position of one of the magnetic poles of the rotor magnet (5).
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a long-fiber-reinforced resin structure comprises the steps of immersing an actually-endless long-fiber bundle in a molten resin bath, opening the long fibers while passing the bundle between pairs of opening pins arranged on both sides of the long fiber bundle, without contacting with the long fibers and impregnating the bundle with a resin. Columnar-shaped bodies can be manufactured by cutting the long-fiber-reinforced resin structure into sections of predetermined lengths. The long-fiber-reinforced resin structure can be manufactured by an opened-fibers resin impregnating apparatus which includes a long-fiber bundle inlet in an end wall on the upstream side of a region where a predetermined amount of molten resin is stored and made to flow, or in a top plate provided on the upstream side of the region, at least one pair of opening pins arranged at specified intervals substantially in a vertical direction in such a manner that a long-fiber bundle is dipped and passed contactlessly, a shaped nozzle for passing the introduced long-fiber bundle between the paired opening pins without contacting them with the pairs, and a mechanism for drawing in the long-fiber reinforced resin structure.
Abstract:
A long-fiber-reinforced polymer alloy resin composition (C) prepared by compounding a master batch (A) comprising a long fiber reinforcement (a2) having a length of 3-30 mm and contained in a polyamide resin (a1) matrix with a substantially polymer-alloyed resin diluent material (B) prepared by melt-kneading 45-20 wt.% of a crystalline polyolefin resin (b1) containing a crystalline olefin polymer (b11) modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid (b12) and 55-80 wt.% of a polyamide resin (b2). In the composition (C), the content of the reinforcement (a2) is 10-60 wt.% and that of the polyolefin resin (b1) in the resin components (a1, b1 and b2) is 20-45 wt.%. The composition is excellent in tensile strength and particularly in repeated impact characteristics.
Abstract:
A cosmetic composition and an emulsion composition comprising 0.1-99 wt. % of an oleaginous component and 99.9-1 wt. % of an aqueous component, wherein cis-Δ9-octadecenoic acid or its derivative accounts for at least 85 wt. % of the oleaginous component, and cis-Δ9-unsaturated fatty acid or its derivative accounts for at least 90 wt. % while fatty acids other than the cis-Δ9-unsaturated fatty acids, their derivatives or other oleaginous components account for at most 10 wt. %. Since the oleaginous component contains cis-Δ9-octadecenoic acid or its derivative in a high concentration, it is possible to provide a cosmetic composition having heretofore unattainable excellent comfort in use and long-term stability and an emulsion composition having excellent emulsification stability.
