Abstract:
The invention relates to a method and a device for supplying mats of particle materials to a continuous press for the production of plates of derived timber products. According to the method, a mat of particle materials is applied to a particle material conveyor which, in a delivery position, delivers the mat to an intermediate conveyor by means of a delivery projection that can be moved in the direction of transport, and in a discharging position, drops the mat into a reject material receiving device. The method is characterised in that a separating cut is made in the mat of particle material, transversally to the direction of transport, forming a defined tear-off edge for discharging the mat into the reject material receiving device. The inventive device comprises a separating device for this purpose.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an electric machine, in particular a generator or motor, e.g., a generator for a wind turbine, with a disk-type design, comprising a machine housing and a stator which is fixed to the machine housing and which is formed from multiple primary parts that lie on a circular ring, and comprising an armature disk on which multiple secondary parts that lie on a circular ring are arranged. The armature disk rotates, whereby a gap is formed between the primary parts and the secondary parts within the machine housing, and an armature shaft is connected or can be connected onto the armature disk in a rotationally fixed manner. Said machine is characterized in that the armature disk is rotatably mounted in the machine housing via an outer circumferential rolling bearing arrangement, and the outer circumferential rolling bearing arrangement receives radial forces as well as axial forces in both directions.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method of pressing pressing-material mats during the production of wood-material panels in a continuous press, wherein the continuous press has upper and lower heating plates, upper and lower entry plates, which project on the entry side and form an entry mouth, and, in the upper and lower parts of the press, endlessly circulating steel pressing belts which, with the interposition of rolling bars, are supported on the entry plates and the heating plates, wherein the height h 0 of the entry gap and, possibly, the entry contour of the entry mouth are set, and wherein a pressing-material mat, which is produced, and possibly pretreated, in a spreading station arranged upstream of the press, is introduced into the continuous press and pressed therein. This method is characterized in that the entry-gap height is checked, set and/or regulated in dependence on the density and/or the weight per unit area of the pressing-material mat.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a molding tool (1) for producing molded parts made of plastic, for example, in particular made of a fiber composite material, comprising at least one top mold (2) and bottom mold (3) and a molding cavity (4) formed between the top mold (2) and bottom mold (3) that can be filled with a molding compound, the top mold (2) and bottom mold (2) contacting each other in a parting plane (5) in the closed state, optionally having the molding compound interposed therebetween. Said molding tool is characterized in that the molding tool (1) comprises at least one parting recess (9) open toward the outside of the mold in the region of the parting plane (5), into which at least one parting tool, such as a parting punch (10), can be inserted for opening the molding tool (1), pressing the tool halves apart opposite the closing direction (6).
Abstract:
The invention relates to an installation for sizing fibres for the production of fibreboard, especially medium density fibreboard plates or similar plates consisting of derived timber products. Said installation comprises a fibre supplying device provided with at least one fibre supply line which can end in a fibre output pipe and can be supplied with conveying air for the transport of the fibres, a dropping pipe or a fibre suction pipe which is arranged downstream from the fibre output pipe, and a sizing device which is arranged between the fibre output pipe and the dropping pipe or fibre suction pipe, said sizing device comprising spraying nozzles for spraying the fibres leaving the fibre output pipe and entering the dropping pipe or fibre suction pipe with drops of glue.
