    摘要: A motorized strut for use in a motorized spatial frame in disclosed. The motorized strut including an adjustment mechanism arranged and configured to enable the motorized strut to be transitioned between first and second modes of operation. In the first mode of operation, the motorized strut is arranged and configured so that actuation of the motor is not required to translate an inner body of the motorized strut relative to an outer body of the motorized strut to adjust an overall length of the motorized strut. As such, in the first mode of operation, the overall length of the strut can be manually adjusted to facilitate more efficient (e.g., faster) length adjustment. In the second mode of operation, actuation of the motor is required to adjust the overall length of the motorized strut to facilitate slower, more precise adjustment of the motorized strut.

    摘要: An implant delivery system (40) is disclosed. The implant delivery system includes a delivery shaft (36) and a detachable frame (46) coupled to the distal portion of the delivery shaft and longitudinally advanceable relative to a delivery sheath (34). The detachable frame includes a body portion (56) and a plurality of attachment arms (64a-64c) extending away from the body portion; the body portion further includes a first support strut (65a) positioned adjacent to a second support strut (65b). The first support strut converges with the second support strut at a first convergence region, and a first attachment arm (64c) of the plurality of attachment arms extends away from the first convergence region. A tether (82) is secured to the detachable frame and extends through a lumen of the delivery shaft to a handle. The tether may be secured to a connection assembly (74), including a tack member (84), a tack disk (80) and a collar (76). The connection assembly may be attached to the detachable frame. The handle may include a tether clamp to secure the tether relative to the handle.
