摘要: A patient marker (52) couples to an anchoring device (34) via a base (44) having a base axis, base connections and a first indicator (168). The marker includes: an adapter (40) having a first surface with connections configured to mate with the base connections, and a second surface with connections congruent with the base connections, and at least one second indicator (172). The marker includes an alignment target (48), having a target region (74) with an alignment pattern, and a socket (78) connected to the target region with socket connections congruent with the first surface connections. In a first configuration the socket couples to the base by mating the first surface connections with the base connections and mating the socket connections with the second surface connections. In a second configuration, the socket fits onto the base by mating the socket connections with the base connections.

摘要: A surgical navigation tracker assembly including a rotational adapter for removably attaching a tracker to a surgical instrument assembly including a surgical handpiece. The adapter may be coupled to an end effector of the surgical instrument and configured to allow the end effector to actuate relative to the adapter. The end effector may comprise a stop, the adapter configured to abut the stop when coupled to the end effector. The adapter may comprise a mount for releasably securing the tracker to the adapter. The adapter may also comprise a biasing element, and the biasing element may comprise an abutment interface configured to engage either of the surgical handpiece or the stop when the end effector is coupled to the surgical handpiece. The biasing element is configured to limit rotation of the adapter relative to the surgical handpiece when the abutment interface is engaged with the surgical handpiece or the stop.

摘要: The present disclosure relates generally to a surgical system. The surgical system comprises one or more surgical instrument assemblies and a surgical navigation system. The surgical instrument assemblies comprises a tracking device capable of being tracked by the surgical navigation system. The surgical system is also configured to allow the user to define one or more alert zones relative to anatomical structures of the patient and/or a surgical pathway. The surgical system further comprises an alert device in communication with the surgical navigation system, such that the alert device is configured to provide a user-perceptible alert to the surgeon or medical professional based on the position of the surgical instrument, as determined by the surgical navigation system, relative to the defined alert zones and/or surgical pathway.

摘要: 本申请公开了一种医用器械的精准定位装置、方法和系统。该方法利用两个定位架进行导航定位:末端定位架用于精确定位;到位后移开末端定位架,利用本体定位架进行实时监控。机械臂运动会有误差,利用导航设备实现多次校准,逐次递归,逼近准确位置,从而最大限度的保证达到更高精度。在导航定位过程中,本体定位架可以提供医用器械末端的实时位置与目标切割平面的空间位姿差距,并通过主机的屏幕反馈给操作者,通过视觉提示进行微调,如果超过一定的阈值则停止摆动。

摘要: A patient-specific registration jig for registering an orthopaedic surgical instrument with a bony anatomy of a patient includes a head and an adaptor coupled to the head. The head includes a patient-specific contact surface configured to contact a portion of the patient's bony anatomy such that the head can be coupled to the patient's bony anatomy in a unique position. The adaptor includes an elongated shank having a first end coupled to the head and a second end and an adaptor end attached to the second end of the elongated shank. The adaptor end is configured to be received by a clutch of the orthopaedic surgical instrument. A method for registering the orthopaedic surgical instrument using the patient-specific registration jig is also disclosed.
