    Abstract: This disclosure relates to a capsule for making a beverage, containing a food substance, wherein a water flow distributing unit (10), permeable for the water flow, is placed inside the main body (2) of the capsule, and is positioned between the infeed wall (36) for the water and the food substance, and wherein there is also a reinforcing element (12) which is placed inside the main body (2) between the infeed wall (36) and the water flow distributing unit (10), the reinforcing element (12) being configured to limit, in use, a deformation of the water flow distributing unit (10) towards the infeed wall (36).
