    摘要: A receptacle connector (100) includes a first cylinder (110), a second cylinder (120) and a plurality of elongated conductors (130). One ends of the elongated conductors are located in and connected to the first cylinder, and the other ends of the elongated conductors are located in and connected to the second cylinder. The plurality of elongated conductors are arranged around a circumference and spaced from each other, so that an inner space (S), into which a plug (200) is to be inserted, is defined among the elongated conductors. The first cylinder (110) is rotatable relative to the second cylinder (120), so that the elongated conductors (130) are twisted and deformed to clasp the plug (200) inserted into the inner space (S) and bring into electrical contact with the plug. It does not need to provide a contact in the receptacle connector. The inner diameter (D1) of the inner space (S) is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the plug (200) when the elongated conductors (130) are not twisted and deformed. Thereby, the plug (200) may be inserted into the inner space (S) in a minimized insertion force or pulled out of the inner space (S) in a minimized pulling force.

The conductive shield electrically and elastically contacts the metal housing and the conductive shielding layer at two different locations, respectively, improving stability of electrical connection among the conductive shield, the conductive shielding layer and the metal housing.

    摘要: A wireless power supply device includes a transmitting coil assembly and a receiving coil assembly. The transmitting coil assembly comprising: a first ferrite core having a receiving chamber with an opening; and a transmitting coil provided in the receiving chamber of the first ferrite core. The receiving coil assembly is adapted to be moved into the receiving chamber through the opening of the receiving chamber and located at a predetermined position in the receiving chamber, so as to be electromagnetically coupled with the transmitting coil assembly. In the wireless power supply device, most of the magnetic field generated by the transmitting coil is confined in the receiving chamber of the first ferrite core, only a very small amount of the magnetic field is leaked outside the first ferrite core, thereby reducing the eddy current effect on the metal part (for example, the metal case) near the transmitting coil, and improving the efficiency and the stability of the wireless power supply.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a robot assembling system and method for a connector assembly. The connector assembly comprises: a cage comprising an outer cage, a middle vertical partition plate, and at least two horizontal partition plates connected to each side of the middle vertical partition plate, the middle vertical partition plate and the horizontal partition plates divide an inner space of the cage into a plurality of chambers; a contact mounted in a respective chamber of the cage; and a light guide pipe mounted on the contact and extending into a space defined between the horizontal partition plates. The robot assembling system comprises: a first assembling workstation configured to assemble the contact and the light guide pipe to form a contact subassembly; a second assembling workstation configured to assemble the contact subassembly and the cage to form a connector assembly; and a robot configured to transmit the cage, the light guide pipe, the contact or the contact subassembly between respective assembling workstations, and assist an assembly process at each assembling workstation. In the present invention, the robot assembling system may automatically assemble the connector assembly, and it greatly improves the assembling efficiency.
