The present invention provides a water- and oil-repellent soil-resistant composition comprising (A) a fluorine-containing polymer having repeating units derived from a monomer comprising a fluorine-containing monomer and (B) a silane compound. The water- and oil-repellent soil-resistant composition comprising the fluorine-containing acrylate polymer can impart the excellent water- and oil-repellency and soil resistance to the porous substrate and is free from an organic solvent.

In a video reproducing device for reproducing contents recorded in a disc and the like, user operation control is easily performed. A video reproducing device (100) selects a plurality of video streams previously stored in a disc and reproduces them. A reproduction control part (206) is configured to reproduce the video stream in one of two reproducing modes, which are a normal mode wherein a specific key input relating to video reproduction is accepted and a menu mode wherein the specific key input is not accepted. The mode for reproducing the video stream can be written in a script file recorded in the disc by a contents creator.

A textile product treatment comprising a graft fluorocopolymer composed a polymer of a fluoromonomer as the backbone and a polymer, as the graft, of a fluorine-free macromonomer copolymerizable with the fluoromonomer and having an addition-polymerizable unsaturation at its terminal. The treatment has excellent water- and oil-repellency and capability of antistaining finishing.

A treatment agent for fiber products, represented by general formula (I), comprising a combination of a modifier comprising a fluorinated phosphate derivative having a molecular weight of 2,000 or less or a salt thereof with a fixing agent comprising a metal salt compound, wherein R and R may be the same or different from each other and each represents hydrogen or Rf-(CH2)m-, provided that not both of R and R are hydrogen at the same time; A represents oxygen, sulfur or a direct bond; and n is 1 or 2. A method of treating fiber products with the treatment agent and, if necessary, a fluorinated water and oil repellent or a fluorinated antisoiling finish. Fiber products can retain inherent touch, hand, hue and flexibility even after the treating and use thereof, including washing and friction, and can be endowed with hot water repellency and persistent water and oil repellency.

Disclosed is a fluorine-containing polymer having (A) repeating units derived from a fluorine-containing acrylate monomer, and (B) repeating units derived from an amino group-containing monomer, wherein the fluorine-containing polymer is water-soluble. The fluorine-containing polymer has sufficiently high solubility, and can impart high water repellency, high oil repellency and high soil resistance to a porous substrate.
