Abstract: The present invention relates to a fishing vessel (1) comprising a hull, a deck (12), and at least one fishing gear (2) with a net, a transfer opening providing an exit path for fish to be transferred to an inner region of the fishing gear, and a connector (11) arranged at least partly surrounding the transfer opening. The fishing vessel comprises a transfer system for transferring fish from the inner region of at the least one fishing gear (2) and into the inner space (9) of the hull via at least one delivery opening (14). The transfer system comprises a fishing gear mover (7) comprising at least one guide with which it can be releasably connected to the connector (11) of each of the at least one fishing gear (2). The fishing gear mover (7) is arranged adjacent to the hull and movable between a parking position (8) in which it is out of engagement with the at least one fishing gear (2), an engagement position in which a connection between the at least one guide and the at least one connector (11) is established, and a delivery position (17). The fishing gear mover (7) can move each of the at least one connector (11) from the engagement position to the delivery position (17) in which the at least one connector (11) is aligned with the corresponding delivery opening (14) so that fish can be transferred into the inner space.

Abstract: A vessel (1) and a stern extension (4) for being mounted on the watertight hull (2) of a vessel as an extension to the stern, the stern extension comprising: a stern unit (5) extending in a rearwards direction from the stern, the stern unit comprising side faces (6) adjoined along a vertical center plane thereof, the side faces (6) providing a barrier (8) partly defining a stern unit enclosure (9), wherein the side faces (6) constitute a continuous extension of the hull shape of the stern; and a mounting mechanism for securing the stern unit to the hull of the vessel, wherein the stern unit is externally mounted on the watertight hull, thereby providing an extension of the stern without prolonging the watertight hull (2).

Abstract: This relates to vessels in general, but in particular to vessel designed to be exposed from low to medium to high waves. Both for comfort of persons, animals or fragile goods, steady sailing is preferred, without causing the waves slamming in on the vessel hull or excessive pitching of the vessel. This is also the case for service and supply vessels performing operations in relation to offshore or subsea installations. To obtain a solution to the aforementioned issues the present invention provides a vessel, wherein a stern (11) of the vessel extend below a design waterline (Tdwl), and wherein opposite side faces (14,15) of the stern (11), when seen in an opposite direction of the vessels primary sailing direction, form an acute angle under and above the design waterline (Tdwl) to decrease the vessels displacement in the rear end and are adjoined along at a line of symmetry forming a stern centerline (CL).
