Abstract:
The present invention relates to translucent floor and wall tiles, on the surface of which patterns can be designed by making use of fixed or changeable pattern templates and which provide aesthetical view to the places and moreover which can be used for some purposes such as notice, warning, direction etc. by placing, in the rear part, light sources in different colors and properties such as LED and fluorescent, and to the production method thereof. Within the present invention, translucent tile can be obtained by adding ground glass and frit and increasing the amount of feldspar in the tile structure. It is possible to obtain translucent tiles within the present invention by applying these processes separately, or in different combinations. The organic and inorganic binders are chosen among many organic polymers such as silicates, lignosulfonates, starch- and glucose-derivatives, polyacrylates polysulfonates, polyphosphates, cellulose-derrivatives and carboxylic acid polymers and polyvinyl resins.

The present invention relates to a product to be used on the outer sidings of the buildings, providing heat insulation, possible to be applied without profile and providing a tile-covered facade as its apparent front surface is tile (8). The product according to the present invention basically comprises an insulation material (2), surrounding wall (1) and tile (8), and while the insulation material (2) and the surrounding wall (1) go out of the production line as one single structure; the tile is mounted on the said structure by means of both adhering method and mechanically by using auxiliary connection elements. Within the present invention, the structure composed of insulation material and the surrounding wall is mounted on the mounting surface (7) both mechanically and by means of adhering method. It is possible within the present invention that the tile (8) located on the outer front surface of the product be made of ceramic or any other material appropriate for outer siding or plastic, wooden, glass, metal, aluminum, aluminum composite, granite, natural stone, marble, laminate, vinyl, pressed brick, flake board or composite materials.

The present invention relates to a product to be used on the outer sidings of the buildings, providing heat insulation, possible to be applied without profile and providing a tile-covered facade as its apparent front surface is tile, and to the mounting method thereof. The product (5) according to the present invention is a one-piece (monolithic) structure comprising insulation material (2), surrounding wall (3) surrounding the insulation material, tile (1) on its front surface, and anchorage elements (4) located at the backmost surface of the surrounding wall (3) for providing mechanical mounting. It is possible that the tile (8) located on the outer front surface of the product be made of ceramic or plastic, wooden, glass, metal, aluminium, aluminium composite, granite, natural stone, marble, laminate, vinyl, pressed brick, flakeboard or composite materials or a different material appropriate for outer sidings, and also it is possible to use these materials within the present invention. The product is mounted both by being adhered from its rear surface and also by being located on the mounting surface through the anchorage elements (4) located on its rear part.

Present invention relates to composite tiles having low thermal conductivity, which are felt warm when touched and which prevent heat loss and also to manufacturing method thereof. Within the scope of the invention, composite tiles are obtained by applying coating materials to the front surface or back surface or both front and back surfaces of the conventionally produced tile with proper methods and tiles are enabled to be felt warm when touched and decrease in heat losses are attained.

A product to be used in the outer sidings of the buildings, providing heat insulation, possible to be applied without profile and providing a tile-covered facade as its apparent front surface is tile. The product comprises a tile (1) on its outer front surface, a polyurethane -based insulation material (2) which is in contact with the tile at the back of the tile, surrounding wall ( 3 ) surrounding the insulation material and a mounting net (4) on the back surface of the product. The tile (1) is fixed onto the insulation material by using a polyurethane -based adhesive in a way that it will be in a total contact with the insulation material (2). The product is mounted onto the wall both by sticking it to the wall after applying cement-based, polyurethane, epoxy or plaster-based adhesive to its back and by attaching it to the wall from its mounting net with rawlplugs (6) mechanically. Therefore, the product is firmly mounted. The product (5) will be used in the outer sidings of the buildings and therefore the heat insulation will be provided by using one single product.

The present invention relates to tiles having lower thermal conductivity and proper water absorption values, and to their method of production. Some additives such as MgOCI 2 , magnesium clays or magnesite containing Mg are added to the body of the tiles according to the present invention, in order to decrease its thermal conductivity coefficient and at the same time to obtain proper water absorption values which will provide the tiles to be felt warm when touched on the surface. Thanks to the additives containing Mg added to the body of the tile according to the present invention in addition to the additives added to the body for foaming, proper water absorption values are obtained by providing a good sintering speed in the medium where there is foaming, and also the pores are prevented from deforming by decreasing the liquid phase viscosity, and so by decreasing the external pressure that is acting on the air bubbles from the external. Thanks to the method of the present invention, it is provided that the tiles produced according to the said method are felt warm without losing anything from their aesthetical view.
