Abstract: A low permeable hose that has an increased resistance to permeation of refrigerants. The hose includes a refrigerant barrier layer that is positioned between an innermost layer and an outer layer. The refrigerant barrier layer resists the permeation of refrigerants through the hose. The innermost layer protects the refrigerant barrier layer from sources of moisture from within the hose. The outer layer protects the refrigerant barrier layer from sources of moisture from outside the hose.
