    Abstract: A remote monitoring management system of electric power device includes a radio acquisition device and a data converter. The radio acquisition device consists of a current transformer, a wide current constant-voltage converting circuit, a current sampling circuit, an AC A/D acquisition unit, an AVR main control unit, a temperature sensor, a temperature measuring circuit and a radio transmitting and receiving circuit. The data converter consists of a radio transmitting and receiving circuit, a hardware clock circuit, an AVR main control unit, a RS485 data communication interface and a voltage regulation power supply. The radio transmitting and receiving circuit includes a radio receiving circuit and a radio transmitting circuit, and adopts GFSK modulation, and has the transmitting and receiving frequency of 433MHz, or 868MHz, or 915MHz. The system implements monitor of the high-voltage device locally, in time and quantificationally, and can be easily applied to the remote control system.

    Abstract: A transmitting device, receiving device and method based on multiple sub-bands filters set, the transmitter cuts the tailing signals at the head and end segments of buffered wave-forms by buffering the wave-form signals composed by multiple sub-bands filters set, and obtains the shorter signals, then the shorter signals are superimposed circulated at the head and end segments and time domain transmission signals circulated at the head and end segments are obtained. By cutting the tailing signals at the head and end segments of buffered wave-forms, the system transmission efficiency is improved, and by superimposing the shorter signals circulated at the head and end segments to form time domain transmission signals circulated at the head and end segments, the interfere out of band of the transmitted signals is decreased and the orthogonality of multiple sub-bands signals is ensured. The receiver extends the input data block circulated at the head and end segments correspondingly, so the orthogonality of the transmitted signals can be recovered, and the signal distortion is decreased.

    Abstract: 本发明提供的提高蜂窝系统多播效率的信息重传方法,首先由各设备相互之间进行信道测量以确定两两设备间的频谱利用率,接着基站发送多播数据以确定已成功接收到多播数据的设备和未接收到多播数据的设备,然后根据频谱利用率、已成功接收到多播数据的设备的数目、未接收到多播数据的设备的数目、以及预先设定的选择重发源原则,进行设备的分组及计算资源开销,并选择出资源开销最小者所对应的设备作为多播数据的重发源,同时记录相应的分组方式,再由基站向其所辖区域内的各设备发出被确定为重发源的设备信息和小组划分信息,使被选为重发源的设备将已接收到的多播数据通过正交资源予以重发,由此实现多播效率的提高。
