Device has a control center (4) out of the explosive area and a movable vehicle (1) carrying a gripping attachement and/or a sampling attachement and/or at least one suction hose (6) and/or an outlet hose placed on a movable arm (2) of the vehicle (1). The vehicle (1) is driven hydraulically; high pressure supply unit (17) is located out of an explosive area and is connected to the vehicle (1) by a flexible hose (7). Vehicle (1) is controlled from a control center (4). Hydraulic engines (11) of the vehicle (1) are controlled by distribution boxes (12) of the vehicle (1) whereas the distribution boxes (12) have gas or hydraulic control. Used operating gas is inert and is led from the control center (4) to its vehicle (1) by a flexible hose (7). Mechanically moving parts of driving gear box (13) with speeds higher than 0,9 m/s are placed in an oil filling overpressure of inert gas (15).
Abstract:
System comprising a remotely and/or automatically controlled trolley (200) and a control panel (4). The trolley (200) is connected with the control panel (4) by wiring; the control panel (4) is placed in a portable, sealed cabin (100) which is designed for the stay of the personnel, for placement to the dangerous explosion zone; it creates a safe space in its inside, whereby clean air is pushed inside by ventilation. The cabin (100) has a room (5) with the control panel (4); preferably it has an ante-room (6) and a machine room (7). A chimney (8) for suction of the clean air reaches a height above the level of the dangerous zone, and sucks the clean air achieving a transfer of the safe zone into the cabin (100), whereby cabin itself (100) is placed in the vicinity of the trolley (200) in the explosive zone.
Abstract:
Traction belt of the vehicle is formed by a flexible belt or it is composed from the segments (1 ) connected by pins into the closed belt, whereby it has a touch surface (3) designed for the transfer of the traction forces from the undercarriage to the ground. On the touch surface (3) there is a layer (2) with the abrasive grains with the grit size larger than 200 pm, preferably the grit size is more than 400 pm, especially preferably the grit size is more than 600 pm. Typical sand papers or abrasive clothes from the aluminum oxide and/or from silicon carbide and/or from zircon and/or from ceramic can be used. Abrasive layer (2) is glued to the segment (1 ) with the touch surface (3), or it is mechanically attached by means of flanges, clips, Velcro fasteners and so on. The segment (1 ) can contain a magnet which draws the touch surface (3) to the ground. The traction belt is advantageously used for the undercarriage of the automatized and/or remotely controlled trolley designed for the cleaning of the metal bottom of the tank for petroleum substances, for the operation on the oil platform or in the oil tank, or in the technological devices refining the petroleum products.
