Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Polyamids (P) durch Polymerisation einer polymerisierbaren Mischung (pM). Die polymerisierbare Mischung (pM) wird hergestellt durch Mischen einer Katalysatorlösung, die mindestens ein Lactam sowie Kaliumlactamat, hergestellt durch Umsetzung von Kalium mit mindestens einem Lactam, enthält, und einer Aktivatorlösung, die mindestens ein Lactam und mindestens einen Aktivator enthält. Die Katalysatorlösung enthält im Bereich von 10 bis 1000 Gew.-ppm Wasser, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Katalysatorlösung. Darüber hinaus betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Polyamid (P) erhältlich nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren sowie die Verwendung von Kaliumlactamat hergestellt durch Umsetzung von Kalium mit mindestens einem Lactam in einer polymerisierbaren Mischung (pM) zur Erhöhung der Polymerisationsgeschwindigkeit der polymerisierbaren Mischung (pM).

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Sinterpulver (SP), das mindestens einen teilkristallinen Terephthalat-Polyester (A) enthält, der hergestellt wird durch Umsetzung mindestens einer aromatischen Dicarbonsäure (a) und mindestens zweier aliphatischer Diole (b1) und (b2), wobei das aliphatische Diol (b1) Neopentylglycol ist. Darüber hinaus betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Sinterpulvers (SP) sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Formkörpers durch Sintern des Sinterpulvers (SP). Des Weiteren betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung den Formkörper, der durch das Sintern erhältlich ist. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft außerdem die Verwendung des Sinterpulvers (SP) in einem Sinterverfahren.
