Abstract: Provided is a resin composition, including: a polycarbonate resin; a biomass resin having a hydroxy group; a rubber having a siloxane bond and having a functional group reactive with a hydroxy group; a flame retardant; and a drip preventing agent, in which: when a total of all the components is defined as 100 mass%, contents of the components are: biomass resin having a hydroxy group: 5 mass% or more to 25 mass% or less, the rubber having a siloxane bond and having a functional group reactive with a hydroxy group: 1 mass% or more to 9 mass% or less, the flame retardant: 3 mass% or more to 20 mass% or less, and the drip preventing agent: 0.1 mass% or more to 5 mass% or less; and a mass ratio of the biomass resin having a hydroxy group to the polycarbonate resin is 0.35 or less.
