Abstract:
The invention relates to a light-emitting system provided with an integrated control photosensor and to a method for the production of said system. The inventive system is particularly suitable for optical connections and comprises a light-emitting electronic component (2) and a lightguide (4) which is used for receiving the light transmitted by the component and is provided with a light input surface (8) arranged in front of the component and reflecting a part of the received light and a photosensor (14), which is integrated into the component and is used for detecting a part of the light transmitted thereby, wherein said photosensor is placed near the component and receives a part of the light reflected by the light input surface. The active layer of the light-emitting electronic component and the photosensor active layer are made of the same material.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an optoelectronic device comprising at least: first and second light-emitting nanowires (60, 62) on a support (58) and each including a zone (68, 70) for the injection of holes and a zone (72, 74) for the injection of electrons; an in-series electrical connection including (i) a first region (84) forming an electrical path with the hole injection zone (68) of the first nanowire (60), (ii) a second region (90) forming an electrical path with the electron injection zone (74) of the second nanowire (62) and (iii) a third region (92) allowing a current to flow between the first and second regions (84, 90); a first conductive zone (86) which connects the hole injection zone (68) of the first nanowire (60) and the first region (84) of the connection nanowire (82) and which is electrically isolated from the second nanowire (62); and a second conductive zone (88) which connects the second region (90) of the connection nanowire (82) and the electron injection zone (74) of the second nanowire (62) and which is electrically isolated from the first nanowire (60).
