摘要： Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen UV-härtbaren Schmelzklebstoff für die Laminierung transparenter Folien, insbesondere auf Formkörper aus Holzwerkstoffen, die mit Melamin oder PVC beschichtet sind. Die Schmelzklebstoffe enthalten mindestens ein UV-härtbares Urethan(meth)acrylat, wobei das Urethan(meth)acrylat erhältlich ist durch das Umsetzen eines NCO-funktionellen Polyurethan-Präpolymers mit einem molaren Überschuss hydroxy- und/oder amin-modifizierter (Meth)Acrylate; mindestens ein (Meth)Acrylat-Monomer oder -Oligomer, wobei das mindestens eine (Meth)Acrylat-Monomer oder -Oligomer ein säuremodifiziertes (Meth)Acrylat mit einer Säurezahl von 50 bis 400 mg KOH/g umfasst; und mindestens einen Photoinitiator. Ebenfalls Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Verfahren zum Kaschieren einer Folie auf einen Formkörper unter Verwendung dieser Schmelzklebstoffe und die derart hergestellten Verbundmaterialien.
