The present invention discloses a technique for preparation of chili pepper paste. In particular, the method for preparing chili pepper paste using the berry of Acanthopanax Senticosus according to one embodiment of the present invention mixes a malt extract prepared by using the fermented extract of Acanthopanax Senticosus berries and glutinous rice flour, repeats ripening and heating the mixture, mixes a malt extract, fermented soybean powder, chili pepper powder, the fermented extract of Acanthopanax Senticosus berries and refined salt in a sequence, thereby preparing a chili pepper paste using Acanthopanax Senticosus. The chili pepper paste of the present invention has effects of anti-aging, anti-cancer, improved energy, improved liver function, recovery from fatigue, improved learning ability and improved memory.
