    Abstract: Offenbart wird ein mit Gleichstrom betriebenes chirurgisches Implantatschneideinstrument der Bipolarbauart mit einem am distalen Ende eines Instrumentenschafts befindlichen Instrumentenkopf für ein minimal invasives Einführen des Instruments in einen Patientenkörper, wobei am Instrumentenkopf zumindest zwei sich gegenüberliegende Instrumentenbranchen vorzugsweise der Linearbauart angeordnet sind, die zwischen sich einen Schneidspalt zur dazwischen Aufnahme eines elektrisch leitenden Implantats oder Implantatsabschnitts definieren. Erfindungsgemäß sind an deren einander zugewandte Branchenlängsseiten Elektroden ausgebildet oder jeweils mit zumindest einer Elektrode bestückt, die wiederum an ihren einander zugewandten Längsseiten jeweils zu einer Schneidkante geformt sind, um einen quasi linien- oder punktförmigen körperlichen Kontakteingriff mit dem elektrisch leitenden Implantat oder Implantatsabschnitt für einen elektrischen Kurzschluss der sich gegenüberliegenden Elektroden zu bewirken.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a process for manufacturing an injection agent which is a viscoelastic liquor and includes a first and a second poloxamer and at least one other component, wherein the following steps are to be performed: a) mixing a first injection agent by mixing a first amount of the first poloxamer with a second amount of the second poloxamer and a third amount of the at least one other component to obtain a predetermined amount of the injection agent; b) determining the viscosity of the injection agent obtained in step a) at different temperatures at a predetermined shear rate to obtain a present viscosity-over-temperature-curve; c) verifying if a maximum viscosity of the present viscosity-over-temperature-curve' lays at a predetermined specific temperature range (11 - T2) in a predetermined maximum viscosity range (V1 - V2) depending on the predetermined shear rate; d) mixing a new injection agent, having amended at least the first amount of the first poloxamer and/or the second amount of the second poloxamer based on the previously produced injection agent, if the maximum viscosity of the present viscosity-over-temperature-curve lays at the predetermined specific temperature' range (T1 - T2) not in the predetermined maximum viscosity range (V1 - V2); and e) repeating steps b) and c) and if necessary step d) so often until it is determined in step c) that the maximum! viscosity of the present viscosity- over-temperature-curve lays at the predetermined specific temperature range (T1 -T2) in the predetermined maximum viscosity range (V1 - V2).     Abstract: The present invention relates to a medical capsule being equipped with a sensor device comprising light emitting and light receiving elements. The sensor device is adapted to detect blood especially gastrointestinal bleeding on the basis of light absorption properties of the blood, wherein the capsule is provided with a casing forming a recess or gap at its outer surface. The recess has a pre-selected width which represents a fixed measuring track between the light emitting and light receiving elements being arranged at opposing sides of the recess or gap when seen in its width direction. The medical capsule is provided with a shielding plate/layer/membrane being arranged at least at or near the bottom of the recess or gap and extending along the width direction of the recess or gap preferably to exceed the recess at its both sides into its width direction to prohibit emitted light from bypassing the recess via the casing material of the capsule.
