Abstract:
A stack (1) of hygiene sheet products comprising first and second webs (2, 3) that are interfolded with each other. The stack includes a top panel (11) of the first web (2) and a top panel (12) of the second web (13), wherein the top panel of the first web overlays the top panel of the second web but has been cut away so that the top panel of the second web is revealed by the top panel of the first web. An adherence layer (14) is placed on the top panel of the first web and the top panel of the second web and is exposed at the top of the stack so that it can adhere to an adjacent stack so that when the last sheets of the adjacent stack are pulled through a dispenser opening of a dispenser, the first and second sheets are pulled securely through with it as a result of the direct adherence.
Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a dispenser (1) for dispensing flexible sheet material (20) from a roll of material (2), the roll of material having a core (22), wherein one end portion of the flexible sheet material is adhered to the core by means of a pickup glue (24), the dispenser comprising a sensor (4, 4') for sensing the pickup glue of the roll of material and a control unit (5) for triggering at least one action of the dispenser in response to the detection of the pickup glue.
Abstract:
The present disclosure pertains to a dispenser (1) for dispensing tissue paper, the dispenser comprising a housing (2) defining a volume for receiving both a center- feed tissue paper roll and a tissue paper stack, wherein a first dispensing opening (3) is situated in the housing for dispensing tissue paper from a center- feed tissue paper roll, and a second dispensing opening (4) situated in the housing for dispensing tissue paper sheets from a tissue paper stack.
Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a stack of interfolded hygiene products (100), comprising a first web (1) divided into individual hygiene products by means of lines of weakness (12); a second web (2) divided into individual hygiene products by means of lines of weakness (22); the first web and the second web being interfolded with one another in a nested configuration, wherein the lines of weakness of the first web and the lines of weakness of the second web are offset with respect to one another along the webs; characterised in that the first web and the second web are joined to one another at a leading portion (4) and/or at a trailing portion (4'') of the webs.
Abstract:
A system (90) comprising a dry absorbent tissue paper sheet dispenser (20) having a dispensing opening (24) through which dry tissue paper sheets can be withdrawn and a moist sheet dispenser (70) comprising a dispensing opening (78) through which moist sheets can be withdrawn, wherein one of the dry tissue paper dispenser and the moist sheet dispenser is configured to sit atop the other so that the dispensing openings face in opposing directions in a combined configuration, and wherein the dry and moist sheet dispensers have cooperating interfacing surfaces when they are in the combined configuration that resist movement of the moist sheet dispenser with respect to the dry tissue paper dispenser in a first direction perpendicular to a sheet withdrawal direction of the dry tissue paper dispenser and the moist dispenser.
Abstract:
A method for facilitating the identification of suitable object-wiping material and dispenser (10) therefor. The method includes the steps of - providing a questionnaire (50) with a plurality of questions (52, 54, 56), at least one (52, 56) of the plurality of questions relating to user requirements of the object-wiping material and at least a further (54) of the plurality of questions relating to the work situation of the user; providing for each question an exhaustive list of possible answers from which the user is to select at least one, and depending on the selected answers, providing a recommendation (58) of the type of object-wiping material and dispenser most suited to that user's needs.
Abstract:
Abstract The present invention relates to an end plug (1) for insertion into an end of a paper roll. According to the invention the end plug consists of an inner (2) and an outer piece (3), said pieces being rotatably attached to each other and prevented from axial movement in relation to each other by at least one protrusion (6) of one of said pieces running in an annular groove (7) in the other of said pieces. The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing such an end plug. Figure 2 to be published.
Abstract:
A method for producing stacks (1) of individual web sections (2; 3), such as tissue web sections from a continuous web of material (2a; 2b), comprises the steps: (a) directing the continuous web (2a; 2b) to a perforating station (27); (b) perforating the continuous web (2a; 2b) at predetermined intervals and forming sheets (5) of web material between consecutive perforation lines (4) extending laterally across the continuous web (2a; 2b), the perforating being carried out by means of at least one perforation element (26) arranged at the circumference of a perforation roller (24); (c) directing the continuous web (2a; 2b) to a cutting station (31; (d) cutting at second predetermined intervals the continuous web (2a; 2b) into web sections (2; 3) by means of a cutting element (38) acting against an anvil element (37), in order to generate a clear cut or a tab-bond; (e) folding the web sections (2; 3) by means of a folding roll (32); and (f) stacking the folded web section (2; 3) to generate a stack (1) of folded sheets.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a surface coating for an aluminium surface of a household or restaurant appliances and articles, said surface coating having a predetermined abrasion resistance. The surface coating is an anodic oxide coating with an abrasive resistance less than 0,1 µm per kg of sand.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dispenser for a roll (40) of web material, particularly a center feed roll comprising; a body (10, 11) having a first end wall (16) provided with a dispensing opening for dispensing a leading end of the web material at the center of the roil, a second end wall (17) opposite to the first end wall and a sidewall connecting to the first and second end wall; and a stabilizing device insertable into the roll to prevent the roll from collapsing towards its center, characterized in that the stabilizing device comprises a plurality of protrusions (23) protruding from at least one of the first or second end wail towards the other of the first or second end wall., the protrusions being disposed closer to the sidewall than to a center axis of the body.
