The invention relates to a clutch module for a drive train of a motor vehicle, having a clutch device that is driven by an output shaft of an internal combustion engine and has an adjustable pressure plate, and having an actuating device comprising an actuating piston and a pump, wherein the pump is arranged both such that, in at least one operating state of the internal combustion engine, the pump is driven by the output shaft, and is also integrated into a hydraulic line system, which line system has a high-pressure line connecting the pump to the actuating piston, and wherein the actuating piston is arranged and hydraulically connected to the high-pressure line such that the pressure plate can be displaced between a disengaged position and an engaged position according to the pressure level produced in the high-pressure line by the pump, wherein a cross section limiting device influencing the pressure level in the high-pressure line and reducing the line cross section is arranged in the line system.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for determining a position of a linearly moving actuator gear, in particular a clutch actuating system of a motor vehicle, wherein the actuator gear is driven by an electric motor, wherein a position signal of a rotor of the electric motor is received by a sensor. In a method wherein a highly accurate referencing between the path of the actuator gear and the position signal of the rotor of the electric motor is possible despite a soft stop, a sensor designed as an absolute angle encoder measures, as a position signal of the rotor, a current angle, which is allocated in dependence on an initial angle of a rotation of the rotor identified during an initialization process, from which the position of the actuator gear is determined.
