Abstract:
The present document shows an agricultural implement comprising at least two feed devices (202) for air flow based metering and/or feeding of granular or powdery material, and a fan (1, 1 ', 1 ", 1 "') arranged to produce an air flow to the said feed devices. The fan (1, 1 ', 1 ", 1 "') comprises an impeller (11) accommodated in a fan housing (10). The fan housing (10) has at least two outlets (13), each of which is arranged to produce the said air flow to one of the said feed devices (202). The invention also concerns a method for air flow based metering and/or feeding of granular or powdery material.
Abstract:
The central bar for spraying and/or distributing products in powder, liquid and granulate formulations refers to a central bar (1) to be fixed on the chassis (2a), between the front (2b) and the back (2c) wheels of a propeller vehicle (2), which is composed of a central frame set (3) and two side bars (4), where the central frame set (3) is composed of two brackets (3a) fixed to the chassis (2a) of said propeller vehicle (2); a horizontal pantograph subset (3b); two vertical pantograph subsets (3c), linked between them by the top side arms (3f) through an alternator axis (3i); two top articulation subsets (3e) formed from the extensions of the top side arms (3f); a shock absorption system, through bearings (3u) fixed to the inner walls of the brackets (3m) which are fixed to the side bars (4), wherein the internal braces (3n) are the end of the course; two bottom side subsets (3d) which are formed from the extensions of the bottom side arms (3h) driven by the hydraulic actuators (3t).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a machine (1) which can be coupled to a tractor, is trailed and provided with wheels (3), at least one hopper (2) and with a metering device intended for distributing material to be loaded therein, the rear portion of said machine being provided with a 3-point linkage having a dimensioning according to some known standard and operating by means of hydraulics, a variety of implements being connectable thereto directly or by means of an adapter. According to the invention, the machine (1) is equipped with such hydraulics that the 3-point linkage or a separate single or several loading cylinders enable, if so desired, the transferring of weight from the machine (1) onto an implement (6) hitched thereto.
Abstract:
An implement (10) and method of its operation used to modify soil drainage and acidity. The implement (10) includes rotating disk slot cutters (40) which are drawn through the soil so as to cut a slot in the soil without substantially disturbing the surrounding soil. Gypsum and/or lime is supplied at a controlled rate into the slot formed in the soil before the soil removed in forming the slot is returned by shrouds (52) partly enclosing the disks (40). The controlled supply of the gypsum and/or lime is affected by a plurality of augers (90) held within the base of a hopper (14) filled with gypsum and/or lime. The augers include auger flights (93) immediately above hopper outlets (87) and a plurality of spaced radially extending pegs (97) along the remaining length of the augers (90).
Abstract:
Abstract:
The invention relates to a soil cultivation machine (1) with a machine frame (3) supporting a seed container (4). Sowing shares (11), a driving wheel (9) and curry-combs (12) are articulated to said frame so as to be lifted from an operative position to a resting position. A support (5) pivotable about an axis extending transversally to the seeder (2) is arranged on the rear of the machine frame (3) and the sowing shares (11), the driving wheel (9) and the curry-combs (12) are fastened to said support (5). The structural outlay for lifting is consequently extremely low.
Abstract:
Apparatus system, consisting essentially of a motion mechanism (101) with supporting wheels, a rotary device (102) with dovetailing prongs, a sowing machine (103) and a roller tiller and clod breaker (104). The elements of the system may be employed in various combinations as well as individually.
Abstract:
An agricultural spreader comprises distribution members (11, 12) which rotate to eject material such as fertilizer. The spreader can tilt to one side or the other so as to reduce the spreading distance on one side. This facility enables the spreader to be driven on a field along the same tracks as other agricultural machinery while avoiding waste of material at the edges of fields. Other embodiments utilize braking members which are movable into the path of ejected material to reduce its kinetic energy and consequently its spreading distance.
Abstract:
A standardized receiver for bulk materials containers such as seeds for the quick and efficient loading of seed into a planter with bulk handling capability. Delivery mechanism associated with the receiver is disposed to accept materials discharged from the container after it has been placed on the planter frame and to transport such materials to the opener rows. A manifold of the mechanism is fitted with output pipe fixtures for the discharge of the seed to individual rows via flexible hose. The inlet of the manifold is on the top surface of the structure and aligned with the slidegate opening of the shipping container. Air pressure is created within the manifold by a fan assembly. Airflow exiting the manifold carries seed through the pipe fittings, into the hoses and on to the planter rows.

The receiver mounts to the planter frame above the mechanism. The receiver conforms to the general dimensions of the bottom of a shipping container. The frame of the receiver is of suffecient integrity to support the weight of a loaded container as the planter is drawn over a tract of land. The receiver frame is fitted with appropriate guides to insure proper alignment as the container is loaded and unloaded from the receiver frame. Once loaded onto the receiver frame, the slidegate is opened to discharge the contents of the container into the mechanism.
